Noise, at 6.30am on a Sunday, sounded like people moving out in other rooms, we were in room 8, next door to the cleaners room, dog in room, could smell urine outside our room

It was what it was and convenient on the night. We had a wedding to attend 15 minutes away by foot and it was perfect. It may of been run down, old, etc, but we were expecting that. It was a roof over our heads and it was comfortable. The staff were good too and very helpful.

Was told by the hotel "Don't worry, we'll fix it on our end & we'll work something out" and was told "yes, you'll be able to stay for the 3x nights" and was told we'll be in room No. 10 But...the next morning when I rung them I was told that we will now be staying at another motel and then an hour later was told "no" that didn't work out so they are looking at another motel (still in the same city of Ipswich) I again...had to ring the hotel back to be told...that they couldn't come to an agreement with that hotel so now they have moved us to another hotel (this is now hotel #4 and further away at Mt Ommaney) Never once did they try to ring me back to let me know that they were having problems with finding new accommodation for us, I always had to be the one to ring them and thats why I find them to be very unprofessional & will never ever book to stay at this hotel ever again...!!!!!!

I liked 'NOTHING'...I had actually booked 3x nights online with Booking.com and when I rung the hotel just to confirm....the lady on reception gave me the excuse...ohhh we only have you down for 1x night & that apparently Booking.com always does this to them *takes bookings without confirmation with the hotel if the rooms are available?

We had 2 rooms. Both rooms needed a lot of work. One room had a stained couch and a hole in the coffee table. Missing cornices in rooms, holes in walls. Bed was uncomfortable, felt springs in the mattress. The traffic was so loud at night, we barely slept. We were told we could check out at 12, we came back to the room to find them inside cleaning. Very disappointed. I guess you get what you pay for.

The location to the function we were attending was good. Hot water in the shower was good. Air con worked well.

Curtain did not reach fully across window letting the light to shine on the head of the bed which made it difficult to sleep I had to face door most of the night but all good I am sure it is something that can be fixed easily

Was very noisy, dirty, the door to my room was open when I arrived, and the room wasn't set up. People live in the motel which is fine but lots of noise, smoking cigarettes, and I didn't feel safe. The place is very tired looking.

I stayed two nights one week apart. First night there was brawling and fighting outside the door police were called twice that night.(not by me) Second night the rooms around me were watching state of origin and were yelling shouting and running up and down the outside walk way well after the game had finished. management did nothing on either occasion to address the situation for their guests.

The beds were the most comfortable motel beds I’ve ever slept on. Plus the pillows were really soft and nice, it was like sleeping at home. The cleanliness of the room and especially the bathrooms was 10/10. It was hotel room quality stay not roadside cheap motel room.. I was very surprised by the comfort in that room, I personally think that motel is great value and would genuinely recommend to others.
