Facilities were old and falling apart, beds seemed to be at least 10 years old and heavily worn. Room had basic kitchenette features, microwave,sink and kettle. Once again, all very dated.

Location is directly in centre of town, close to shops and pubs. unfortunately backs onto a popular pub, so loud on weekends till late.

Two story besser brick building not built with any sound proofing and tiled floors. 2 units of 10 were occupied. I was put under a family with toddlers running around. Chairs screeching on floors above. Ahhh. This room is only worth $80 in peak season. Someone is pushing prices up in longreach. Plan your trip to visit this great place but do not stay in this town until prices are reasonable.

The cleanliness wasn't very good, just because a room is old doesn't mean it has to be dirty.

Myself and another member of our party were unable to arrive until the second day of our booking of four nights. Upon arrival after 1100km driving I was advised that those two rooms had been given away as we had not turned up AND that I had been charged the full amount of the booking. The male employee grudgingly found us two other rooms but one was not with the remainder of our touring party. Apparently the fact that I had booked for four nights did not matter as the rooms could be given away if I didn't arrive on time. The room had no TV remote and the table lamp tried hard to explode when I turned it on. The shower cubicle appeared to have a coating of mould on the inside of the door seal.

It was close to The Birdcage hotel which had great entertainment and meals. It was also handy to the town centre.

Not clean it is called a studio, but it was a cabin . Husband had to fix front door as the screws were coming out . Bed was hard

The people next door were fighting and slamming doors from 11pm until 4am and keep my kids and I up, because you could hear them like their where in the same room walls are too thin or something.

Location was good. Didn't get offered breakfasts. No emptying of trash no fresh towels no bed made and we didn't see any staff. If we wanted more milk and coffee we has to go down to reception and ask.

The towels provided were very old and worn. No bath mat was provided and this presented a slip hazard. There was mould in the shower and the shower door was unstable. The queen bed had significant dips in it which had been covered over with an overlay that didn’t prevent the dips being an issue anyway. No clean towels were offered during our three night stay and there was no one around to ask

For $224 dollars a night it was advertised as a motel when in fact it is a hotel motel and because I am nearly 70 I could not go to the upstairs room so was given would be what I call the drunks room downstairs

A bit worn. Room was on ground floor but no security screens. A tad noisy (not from the pub but from other people leaving in the early hours) and an old air-con unit that was noisy. Overpriced for what it offered.

Clean and comfortable enough. Was spacious and had everything required. Very central. Suitable for a one-night stay. Parking right outside the door.
