The beautiful trees overlooking my bedroom when I awoke each morning were serene and soothing for the soul and spirit. The staff were very friendly and supportive and property manager a dream caring soul and spirit.. I advise that there is further items placed in the home ie saucepans, a recycling bin in the kitchen is a must because its great for the environment, and anything else i left notes on the table. A new frypan is a urgent requirement cause the old one i would never be able to use as is. And i highly recommend that the owner of the property quickly invests in a rail along the staircase as I had great difficulty climbing the stairs due to a hip injury - and for OHS reasons i consider this an essential requirement and a very serious one. Older people should be respected for such things especially given it is an expensive unit to stay in. And I think that a notice should be written in an A4 sheet and pinned in the kitchen wall to remind every one who lives there to maintain quiet for other residents to enjoy because of what occurred with the unit to the left making noise on the second night and officers arrived to check them. And then they stopped the noise.

Not value for money however I contacted the manager re the issues and she resolved them the same day. She was apologetic, understanding and very helpful. We just ended up in the one apartment that is not up to scratch but they are looking at fixing the problems. We have stayed before and will stay again. The other apartments we have stayed in have been excellent.

Some traffic noise over night, but beds were so comfy we slept really well. Perhaps a hand rail for the stairs - my mum is over 80 and had to be very careful as there was no rail to steady herself on, but the lights on the lower stairs helped - just a small issue that didn’t affect our stay at all xxx

strong smell from a carpet or just the unit was old. couldn't eat inside the house and sleeping at night time was uncomfortable . bathrooms didnt have a lock from inside also. it was not worth it for the amount of $385 we paid for 1 night. over priced for the quality we got
