Wall Air conditioner is not good enough to cool unit. The obvious installed main air conditioning system has been disconnected. I can't comment on staff as only contact was via intercom at the front entrance.

I’d suggest that you change the size of the rubbish bin/ bags to suit that of the rubbish chute if you want guest to remove rubbish. It was annoying to take the rubbish along with our luggage upon leaving to realise we would need to manually remove the rubbish from the bag for it to fit.

The small step in both bathrooms was quite dangerous and did hurt one guest. My 96yr old mum had to be extremely careful of the step it would be better as a slope than of a small step which is more dangerous and likely to cause an accident The property does need some decor repairs as there is quit a bit of deterioration on the walls especially the corners

the only thing I did not like was the half tennis court. I was hoping it was a full tennis court. the reverse cycle aircon did not work but it wasn’t really needed while we stayed here.

Our holiday was too short.

Excellent location, with in walking distance to the beach, cavil avenue and lots of eateries. Excellent amenities, pool and spa were great. Short distance to the theme parks by car. Clean and well appointed.

wasn’t able to fit 4x4 vehicle in underground car parking, however rang the building management and they were comfortable with me parking in the guest / overflow / outdoor parking. which was very relieving, thanks.

My particular unit would be really great with a little renovation. Everything was in order and worked well, it just looked a little tired. Comfortable, though.

Penny at Reception was very kind and friendly, also Michelle whom I rang when checking out late. Centrepoint is in a great spot, with an easy walk to everything Surfers has to offer. While I didn't try it, the pool looked lovely and not too crowded. I appreciated having a designated parking space and free wifi. The main bed was exceptionally comfortable (I didn't try the others as travelling alone) and there was plenty of crockery and cutlery, once I found out where they were. I appreciated the information book under the coffee table rather than having to go online and the aircon was nice and cool once it got going. Thank you.

The aircon in the unit did not work. Stayed at 25 degrees which is way too hot. Check-in was abysmal. We were given the wrong code from Booking.com and there was no communication from the Accommodation re how to check in at all. We had to call when we got there on the local intercom. Lucky a real estate agent was there who let us in to the lobby. Took a very long time to get connected to anyone who could help us. No response on messages sent via the Booking.com app. Overall this lack of communication and aircon not working made the place less value for money

The view was amazing with water views. Great location, close to beach, restaurants and HOTA which we were there to visit for an event.

Very spacious self contained apartment, with all the facilities needed. Excellent location in walking distance to everything. Secure parking and accommodating staff. I would definitely recommend. Excellent place for families.
