Difficult to find something to complain about.

The location is practically inside the National Park, blooming with wildlife. The views from the veranda were among the best we have ever seen, with a direct front view of the ocean, the sunset, and the cape naturaliste lighthouse. At night, the place is surrounded by kangaroos and hares, looking like a night zoo from the veranda.

The couches weren’t overly comfortable and the location of PowerPoints did make it a little awkward using the kettle and kitchen appliances. It would be great to have a little Weber bbq on the balcony or stair access down to the lawn to use the communal bbq.

Amazing views and great central location to check out everything. The beds were pretty comfy which was good. Loved sitting on the balcony to have dinner.

The kitchen floor was a bit sticky and a towel left in the bathroom from previous guests.

We liked everything! Some might say the villas were slightly dated, particularly the bathroom/ kitchen area but we thought it was fine. Everything else more than made up for it.

Love this place! The location was fantastic! The villa was much bigger than we expected. There were facilities for self catering and a communal bbq. There is also an air conditioning unit in the villa which we weren’t expecting but was definitely a bonus. Staff were very helpful and arranged a taxi for us to the winery. There is just one restaurant/ bar within walking distance which we ate at and it was excellent. The other two nights we enjoyed cooking in the villa and eating on the veranda. The kangaroos really do coming hopping along at sunset!

Accommodation very close to adjoining rooms....baby crying next door woke us up during the night. Fortunately our stay only overlapped 1 night.

Location to Smith's Beach, Canal Rocks, caves, natural aquarium and local wineries. Also convenient for travelling into Dunsborough. Clean and comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff. Kangaroos, rabbits and great birdlife. Even saw whales from the deck.

I think that perhaps there could be a price difference between the 3 rows of houses. The view from the bottom is not quite as beautiful as the view from the top. I had stayed in a house previously and expected the same view. I booked it to impress my mum who was visiting and as a result my expectations were not really met. We would still return because of the location and Smith's beach which is exceptional.

Our neighbours were quite loud which spoiled the peace & quiet of being in such a beautiful environment.

The view from the bedroom and lounge was amazing. The accommodation was very spacious. I loved sitting on the huge veranda watching the birds and kangaroos. We could even spot water spouts when Whales were passing by. It was well equipped and very comfortable, especially the crisp, white cotton sheets on the bed. There were small trolleys to move luggage from our car to our accommodation

Neighbours can be noisy but always kept to quiet times, 10pm.

Beautiful view - lovely position to see the sea. Lots of wildlife and bush. Big veranda which quite private. Saw kangaroos on the lawn as well as bobtails.
