Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaCould have used a blanket for roll out sofa bed. Was only left a sheet. Extra blanket located in closet was used in bedroom. Would also be helpful to have a fold up dryer rack to hang out some washed laundry not suitable for dryer.
Last minute price reduction on website booking was a bonus. Love the kitchen set-up with fridge, kettle and other amenities. Appreciate modern, efficient washer and dryer. Delighted with the quiet, corner room location with water view. The shower head has excellent water pressure and temperature regulation is easy to adjust. Handy to have hair dryer provided in bathroom drawer. Beds firm and still also very comfortable.

AustraliaOur apartment needs some maintenance done. The toilet wasn’t flushing properly but my husband got it to work. The filter on the dryer was broken and has been for a while due to a buildup of fluff. For this reason don’t use it as it was a fire hazard. Did report this to reception on Sunday morning and was told it will be looked at on Monday but it wasn’t. Very disappointing as it would have been useful for the duration of our stay as my daughters were playing netball all weekend and I need to get the clothes dry quickly. Our apartment was not as nice as others who also stay at this facility during the same time.
Location was good and checking was excellent.

The room was fine...overall pretty neat & tidy...however when we made up the sofa bed,(which had the bottom sheets already in place),no top linen was provided.In one of cupboards we found some top blankets,unfortunately they were covered in a lot of long black human hairs which we didn't want to use but had no option as reception was shut,(even in the opening hours),& no-one answered the contact Numbers provided...Apart from this issue & a really mouldy A/C vent in the lounge room it was fine & w'ed stay again.Shame about these few points.

AustraliaThe ensuite bathroom roof sprung a leak and water started gushing down. The maintenance guy was apologetic and brought towels to mop It up, but also kept suggesting it was because we’d changed the aircon setting (which we hadn’t). The single beds in the second room were also very hard and not particularly comfortable.
We’ve stayed here before. We like the size (2 bedroom, decent sized lounge room and two bathrooms) - perfect for a family of 4. It’s also sufficiently worn that we don’t feel stressed with small children. Location is very convenient (if you have a car) and the price was reasonable.
