Location was perfect with easy walking to almost everything. Travelled with daughter and 2 grandchildren and the apartment had ample seating and space (2nd toilet was a godsend). I appreciated the overall cleanliness of the apartment and building. We had a small issue with an air conditioner, and we reported it that morning, it was fixed the same day.

Only minor negative was the combination lock to access letterbox for keys on arrival. The numbers were hard to read at night and even when using mobile phone for lighting the numbers were hard to read. Maybe need to look at a more easily visible numbered combination lock.

The balcony was unusable. We had heard of this before our stay, but didn’t think it would be that uncomfortable out there. The bed slates had fallen off the beds, easy fix. The couches were pretty dirty and had some stains. But also was not a big thing.

Great location. The building felt really safe. Short walks to the main attractions, supermarket and promenade. There's a wonderful children's playground across the road. Lovely view. The apartment was cool when we arrived which we greatly appreciated. We were able to leave our bags at the management office on arrival and received a text to say the apartment was ready for check-in a little early. Perfectly clean and would recommend to anyone visiting Cairns.

This apartment is in a truly exceptional location. It was walking distance to all of the major attractions in Cairns city (markets, lagoon, marina, aquarium, Muddy’s playground) and a very short walk to shops and cafes. We loved watching the boats coming and going over breakfast on the enclosed balcony. The apartment itself is well appointed with fans and air conditioning in all the living spaces, a well-stocked kitchen, and good laundry facilities. The beds were very comfortable. We have been to Cairns many times and this was our best stay by far due to the location and amenities of the apartment.

The air-conditioner placement made the outdoor area unusable. Restricted our use of all areas in the apartment.

Couldn't use balcony as air-con unit is on it blowing hot air through it, Be nice in winter but not summer. We had someone with us that has trouble walking up and down stairs so they did not enjoy themself as it was not mention in reviews or on booking.com, There is also no reception as it wasn't listed as an air BNB we though it was a normal motel Hotel apartment on one level. you have to walk up 2 flight off stairs to get in main door to building we ended up using the remote for car park roller door and going in through car park as it's on footpath level and lift is there. Unfortunately as it's an air BNB Their cleaner is ripping them off by not cleaning the apartment properly. there were strains on both couches, and seat cushion of dining table and sit for side desk under staircase, used takeaway containers under couches, mold between tiles off bath shower tiles, Urine smell outside main door to apartment very much a turn off, place-mats on table stained and had food attached on them had to shake it off in sink, Milk frother had use milk still sitting in it,Complained to the real estate agent looking after it they went out their way to help us out and gave us a part refund which we were grateful for, as there were no other place in cairns to stay for 7 night as places were book out so had to stay there. If they Change there Cleaner and fix a few problem we gave them the Place would be good for young to middle age if you have trouble walking or are over 60 i would not recommend it unless you are fit

was close to the city, esplanade, rusty Market, had lock up carport, and nice views off river and mountain in front, this place is 2 story so bathroom, bedrooms, laundry upstairs, kitchen dining, lounge downstairs.

A few small maintenance issues - a few light globes were out hallway upstairs, and kitchen area. Main bathroom towel rail LHS plug had come part way out of the wall. Trundle bed mattress needs replacing. Stairs to get access to the entry point into the building were not mentioned and were a negative.
