Parking on a very steep driveway was a bit hard unloading and loading the car. This was the only thing of concern, everything else very good.

Supply of tissues, paper towel in the kitchen or tea towels. Air con in the main bedroom would have made it perfect.

The property is spacious and beautifully furnished in a beach theme, comfy couch bed and pillows and immaculately clean. The kitchen had everything we needed including a coffee machine. The driveway is quite steep but flattens at the bottom - we reversed down with no problems. Short walk to beach, golf course and coffee shop. Lovely front and back garden. Would highly recommend

Chill out had great holiday mode decore and the screened verandah was excellent, bedrooms were all comfy Everything was terrific. great crisp linen, air con in two rooms, nothing was missing. only the garbage bins were a problem. All were overfull and seething with maggots. Maybe previous tenants were not putting the bins out for emptying??

Booked accommodation for two but only 1 bed was made meaning we had to share - we had booked this accommodation over others as it gave more value by offering separate bedrooms, however we lost a lost of value by only being able to use one of three bedrooms

Great location, so many well thought out amenities, well furnished deck felt like we were in a rainforest by the beach

Im a two pillow sleeper i like one too cuddle, really struggled to sleep due to that, only one pillow was offered. The back steps are super slippery maybe a gurnie to get the moss or slim off. Was muddy so had to be careful with shoes and feet in and out the house. I swepted many times and even though we didnt bring a pet I swepted pet hair many times. Was spiders and webs in certain parts of the bedrooms. Careful of the step in and out of the onsuite bedroom it's a killer. Seems rats are an issue in the area also if bringing dogs with rat bait ect. This rat curled up in our car wheel and allowed us to pat it we could tell it wasn't well and passed the next morning.

We loved it was like being at home. The house had everything just like home. I was amazed at how it was just like an actual home. All up to date house appliances and electricals and all the extras. So easy to clean while we stayed and being end of june was toastie warm. Like minutes walk to the beach. We didnt bring a pet but could see how perfect it could be to bring one.

Chill-Out house catered for us perfectly! It has everything 10/10 We liked the touch of the painting artwork that reflected One Mile Beach behind. The sand dune sunrise is just beautiful ☀️ If you like walking there is tracks to take you into Forster along some gorgeous rainforest & cliffs overlooking spectacular views. The two rock pools are very safe for swimming & the cafe, restaurants, shopping all make Forster a lovely place to visit! It even has beach 4wd access & the Gold Course is just down the road so I can’t recommend it all highly enough!

Just one comment! The pavers that led to the 3 x sheds down the side don't get a lot of sun, and were realllllly slippery and dangerous! 3 of our group slipped on them, and were lucky not to sustain serious injuries. A high pressure hose should help with this, along with an anti-slip coating.

The property was really 'homely'. Lots of thoughtful touches (including phone chargers). Well equipped kitchen. Loved the screened patio. Loved the quick stroll to the beach! Loved the beach equipment that we were able to make use of. A really easy place to come and spend time at. We had a wonderful stay :)

Shrubs next to driveway need trimming to assist with viability when leaving the driveway. Some lights outside need replacing.

We loved the relaxed vibe the house has. Super comfy bed. Our dog loved the backyard. Definitely will stay again.
