The beds were very comfortable and everything was pristine. The best part of our stay was the way Wendy made you feel so welcomed and made sure we were well looked after with a beautiful tailored breakfast.

Our Hosts Colin & Wendy could not be more accomodating to the extent they provided a massage chair for Ann's back.The extra touches in the cabin were delightful and the cooked breakfast Sean had was the best in our 6 months in Australia. They provide guidance on how difficult the cave tours were and other attractions in the area. We cannot praise their hospitality high enough.

Hosts were lovely and kind! The cabins are very well appointed, tidy and have everything you need. We liked the private sitting areas in front of the cabin! It was only us there, so it felt very private when in the common area. If there are more guests the combination of breakfast room / pool / common area might be a bit uncomfortable.

Private courtyard with each cabin. Welcoming hosts who provided exceptional customer service. Continental Breakfast included. Home baked biscuits on arrival as a welcome gift Walking distance to eating venues and some of the local attractions. Beautiful gardens filled with birdlife.

The hosts were friendly and helpful in recommending things to see during our time at Chillagoe. The continental breakfast was excellent and our hosts went out of their way to accommodate food allergies. The accommodation itself was spotless and everything that we needed was provided. Our stay in Chillagoe was an unexpected hi-light during our North QLD trip. Highly recommended.

The cabin and the whole facility is exceptionally well maintained and the cleanest place we have rented anywhere in the past few years. Service and comfort were far and above all other places we have stayed in Queensland. We thoroughly recommend the Chillagoe Cabins.

The wifi didn't work too well in the tin huts, but we didn't try very hard to connect because we were enjoying the pool and the room. The mobile signal was strong enough for us. We could probably have got it to work sitting nearer the office.

Wonderful hosts, nice small things considered, like milk for tea, biscuits on arrival, towels around the pool. The free breakfast was excellent and you could even pay more for cooked breakfast if you liked. The pool was fantastic, the birds in the area are beautiful. The owners were super nice and we had a nice chat at breakfast. Highly recommend if you're going to Chillagoe!

We loved everything about Chiiagoe Cabins. The owners/staff were great. The room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast by the pool was awesome. Could not fault this place.

Chillagoe was the middle stop of a 2 week holiday and travelling with 2 large suitcases space was at a premium, and a little cramped, but if only staying a night or 2 with an overnight bag would be fine.

The continental breakfast that comes complementary with the room was superb, and all with personal service by the hosts. The cabin had everything you need for a comfortable stay and the hosts bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable and memorable. The hosts are a fountain of knowledge for the area and have us some great tips on things to see and do.

Very comfortable bed with outstanding linen. To be welcomed with fresh milk and freshly made homemade biscuits was an unexpected treat. Colin and Wendy are simply delightful and are happy to go the extra mile to make your stay everything you could want. The breakfast provided in the morning was a perfect start to the day.

On arrival Wendy took me to the room to explain provision of drinking water, extra blankets, breakfast details, etc. We had a very enjoyable 2 nights with every need taken care of by Wendy & Colin. Relaxed at the outdoor setting in comfortable chairs listening to the birds & enjoying their tropical landscape.
