It was excellent no problems with the accommodation or location. Would come back again to the same apartment if it was available.

The Location of the property. shopping was near and great. The view from the property was beautiful. We had problems getting the keys the information was sent to the computer in Tasmania, we had already left by plane. We phoned a number of times to get the code. Once we had the code it was easy.

The TV was difficult to operate and no ABC The ironing board cover was covered foundation bronzer and we turned it inside out.

the views were stunning the unit was spacious and resort facilities were very good.

There’s nothing I did not like.

I loved everything about this apartment. From the communication with the owners to the check in process and the fact that it’s close to everything, walking distance to the beach, restaurants etc. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone looking to stay at the surfers paradise. Looking forward to staying her again in the near future.

Washing machine flooded on high,must use water level on low only as it still fills half way as the middle and high level doesn't stop. Vacuum doesn't suck properly as we tried to fix but couldn't and not enough towels as we had 5 of us and only 4 were available so we had to buy towels.

The room location and views were amazing. The room was nice and big, easily accommodated 7 people within the 5 bedrooms. Check in and keys were easy to pick up.

I had called the office 3 times before our arrival during the week to find out some specific details about the apartment, I left messages requesting a return call - which I never got. I found this frustrating. I had to wait 24hours to get an additional key to the room, again I followed this easy request up. I didn't like that the check-in at all - it was difficult, the process was all computerised, I felt unsure about taking photos of my documents and sending them through, I don't know how this information is stored. I didn't like the lack of supplies in the room, if you want happy guests to look after your space, please provide them with the materials to do so - 1 dishwasher table is not enough and a crappy thing to expect your guests to purchase.

The view from the room was amazing, the location was very convenient, the facilities were brilliant, we enjoyed the pools, spa, gym and cinema.

1 of the bedrooms had no door on it, there was a fusty smell from 1 of the bathrooms.

Some of the bed sheets made most of the guest experience itching, there were also little insects on the carpet, and they eventually started to get into my overnight bag.

I like the minimal decor which suits having kids, . was easy to clean and not have to stress where things were originally place or i if anything got damaged. Very spacious,conveniently location with shops facilities,restaurants ,pharmacy downstairs. Close walk to beach. Property managers were very thorough with information on key collections and return. And information on our stay.
