The main key swipe had issues and won’t let us get in the apartment a few times. It wasn’t easy to walk to the key collection place with bags in tow. We booked the place for 6 guests but only 5 people had beds to sleep on so the other person had to sleep on the couch.

Location is perfect for shopping and restaurants in surfers short walk to the beach - fabulous river views. Great to be able to use pools in both south & north tower. Gift on arrival a nice touch & condiments fir cooking & tea, coffee & jam great. Great communication from host 🤗

It was Immaculately clean and the welcome message fantastic touch . Very spacious and presented well everything we needed . Loved spa bath and it was close to what we needed

We were unaware until the day before to collect the keys from a convenience store about 5 mins walk which was a bit frustrating after a long day of travelling and carrying all our bags. We also had some friendly critters visit us as the hotel was undergoing their pest control, which was completely fine but just unfortunate for our stay! We told Maria and she was the most lovely person ever and looked after all our concerns!

We loved the spacious area and the amazing location of the hotel! We had absolutely everything that we needed and our host Maria was so amazing!

Not being able to find park to obtain the keys.

Was easy and flexible as we were stuck in traffic then had to go to the girls cheer comp at Carrara Sports Centre so it was nice to be able to access the keys after hours.

We had a beautiful stay in the apartment with my family of 5. It was clean, homely and the hosts were extremely responsive with the one question I did have. Views were exceptional, esp the sunset view. Couldn’t have asked for a better location either.

We had a problem with the door lock while we were staying. The hosts were very apologetic and did their best to fix the issue. However because this is a private apartment rental, the main lobby staff, security, etc were not willing to help us at all. This wasn't the fault of our hosts but it did mean the issue took longer to fix. Good to be aware of this.

The location is fantastic, beautiful apartment and view from the room. The kids enjoyed the pool area. We appreciated the free wifi, the laundry facilities and the full kitchen.

Great location in the heart of Surfers Paradise, easy walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. Parking right below your appartment and easy to access. Three pools, spa and gym all a decent size and great for kids / family. The appartment itself was spacious and clean with everything you need. Ideal for two adult and two kids.

Maria our host was super quick to respond to requests, key collection was easy and instructions provided for the apartment were very easy to follow. Great having free car parking in such a central location. Apartment was lovely and modern with a beautiful view from the balcony and main bedroom. Maria provided extras to get us started for our stay which was very helpful. Location is very convenient to everything: shops, beach, supermarket, main road to other beaches. The hotel facilities provided were all you need for a family holiday.
