There is very little not to like in this apartment. Unfortunately, the third bedroom is quite small with no storage options. We also arrived to find that this room was set as one large bed rather than the two beds advertised however a quick call to GCLR ensured that this was rectified as quickly as was possible which was great but would recommend confirming bedding configurations when booking. Also, one of the lifts at the property was non-operational and has been so for quite some time which sometimes meant long delays waiting for a lift. Other than these few small issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property and booking with GCLR.

We recently stayed at Circle on Cavil with GCLR and couldn't be happier with our stay. The property was located on the 30th floor with stunning views of both the ocean and the river. The property was very clean and tidy and had all the kitchen equipment that we needed. The air conditioning was excellent, the beds were comfortable with clean, crisp linen and the furniture was very comfortable. The addition of TV's in two of the bedrooms was pleasing as was the excellent quality of the whitegoods (washer, dryer, fridge etc). The apartment is located right in the heart of Surfers which meant easy access to shops, restaurants and even a Woolworths downstairs. The indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic and there was also a games room with plenty of entertainment. The apartment is also very soundproof and built solidly so once inside it was like being in a separate dwelling. Parking was easy and the property manager was able to secure us a second spot for our stay which was very much appreciated as well as arranging an early check in for us. Overall, the unit was even better than expected and we will definitely be back. We also appreciated the excellent customer service from the team at GCLR, in particular Felicity and Julia. I could not recommend the GCLR team more highly - we will only be booking through them from now on!

Only complaint was the smaller bedroom was initially set up as a double bed, with a bit of work required to separate the beds and set up the linen for two separate smaller beds as per the booking.

Lack of double glazed windows so it’s so hot in early morning when sleep near windows. The tumble dryer may need replacement. It stops within minutes. It’s also better to have curtain covering bathroom

The elevators took forever and at one point weren’t working and had to take 30 flights of fire escape stairs. Wasted a lot of time waiting for elevators. Air con didn’t work well in the two smaller bedrooms. No powerpoints in one of the bedrooms for the several pedestal fans or lamps in the apartment.

Gorgeous views. Spacious 3 bedroom apartment with great facilities, walking distance to the beach. Had a spa bath, love a good spa bath. Dishwasher. Fully equipped kitchen.
