We checked in , and the Vacuum didnt work i reported it , but took them quite a few days and messages chasing them up in between to respond but they did eventually replace it after 5 days. Also the Sony tv is abit outdated and the internet cut in and out constantly when watching a movie. Only 1 key fob supplied at least 2 are needed as we could not seperate.

The only thing is there is only one key card. This made it difficult for us to split up and do things as we had to rely on the person with key card to scan us up. I definitely recommend a second key card

There were no instructions for parking or the entrance or levels so lucky the security man could point us in the right direction. The key pick up is not at the apartment block so quite confusing No tea/coffee soap etc in the unit or any info in the apartment about the unit, recycling rubbish sites etc

There were multiple lights that were blown. I called property on check in they said they’d send someone. I contacted again following day and then was told maintenance man had Covid so nobody coming. Using your phone for lighting isn’t ideal! The bed was terrible the springs are poking through all over so you literally have to sleep on top of the doona to be able to not feel them. There was also mould on the roof of bathroom. The TV also was not working so you couldn’t watch anything. I was really disappointed such an amazing location could be soo poorly looked after and no help from bnbhub.

Lockbox location was a distance from the actual apartment. Needed to hire a taxi to get to key pick-up before getting to the apartment as the lockbox was was not within walking distance from the apartments. Not a great choice when you're arriving late at night and having to go to two locations. The apartment was quite spartan with some lights not functioning. The furniture in the living room and the spring beds in the bedroom were quite worn.

The property was not in the best condition as wasn’t cleaned as well as the lights fittings were loose and the bedroom had near to no light which was just sitting in the dark all the times. Also there was nothing such mention that the property will not be cleaned during the 5 day period which was again a bad experience. Was expecting a basic cleaning every second day. With changing of bedsheets as well as towels. The toilets were left with only half of toilet paper which was unacceptable and had no spare toilet rolls.

Undoubtedly one of the best locations with easy access to all amenities and locations and pretty much everything is accessible on walking distance or public transport too.

Property was much bigger than imagined when booked. Loved the bathroom and kitchen. Amazing views and facilities! Woolies at access via lift was the cherry on top!

The room was extremely filthy. There were finger prints everywhere, the cushions were dirty, the floor extremely disgusting and dust everywhere. The bathroom had stains of soap and lime in the glasses and walls. You can really tell the cleaners they use are not professional at all and there should be someone paying attention to that. It has been easy the filthiest and overpriced stay in Gold Coast so far. The tv didn’t work unless you had a HDMI cable, the speaker didn’t work either. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOST

We had booked the unit because we were two travelling but not a couple so needed two beds. Two beds were advertised. There was only one bed on arrival. We had one night with one person sleeping on cushions pulled off the couch then the owners were able to supply a sofa bed on the second night. We also were only supplied with one swipe card and fob so we could not go.out seperately from the room. It really needs two cards and fobs. Also we had quite a lot of bags and there was no trolley available to help. Only in the south tower (Mantra) was there trolleys and they wouldnt allow us to use them as we were in a residential unit in north tower and the body corporate didnt hold any trolleys. So it took us about 4 trips to car to take town luggage and food. Key pick up is at an arcade nearby not in building but this was not difficult as 15 mins parking outside of Mantra Circle on Cavill.

The unit was clean and faced the ocean. Beautiful views. Our highlight was the Rainbow Lorikeet parrots that landed on our balcony. They let us hand feed them and stayed with us for some time..
