No ‘dripping tray’ for washed dishes. Windows could use a clean. Loud neighbours at night. No hand towels, just enough toilet paper and not enough dishwasher tablets, all kind of trivial but nice to have

A few more towels would have been nice - we were aware these rooms were not serviced but trying to get one towel each dried overnight ready for the morning was a bit tricky (and we didn’t want to run the drier constantly). 6 towels would have been ideal for 4 people staying. The shower leaked badly and flooded the bathroom floor so the bath mat was consistently soaked. Not a major, and we did have a laugh about it, but is something worth mentioning. The blinds in the room were not sufficient for blocking out the light, some drapes over the top would have been lovely but know this is an added expense. If you’re a light sleeper and need relative darkness to sleep in, these rooms may not be for you.

AMAZING location, sensational dining at the doorstep, and within an easy walk to the tram and buses. For the price we paid the room was spectacular, big enough to relax in and not be on top of each other. Beds were super comfy, with great pillows. We had a beautiful view of the river and across to the Arts Centre. Was nice and quiet, which was surprising given the location. Room was meticulously clean, especially the likes of the washing machine/drier and dishwasher, which was awesome.

Ensuite shower door stuck on opening& closing noisy. Dryer stopped intermittently.

1. We were given that apartment on Level 11, that didn't offer the promised sea view. Instead, the view consisted of unsightly fans and nearby building roofs. We tried to change the apartment, but with no luck. Very disappointing, as panoramic sea view was one of the reason we booked the apartment at wow stay. 2. Despite booking an apartment with a study, there were no study space or desk available in the accommodation. I've been doing some work so had to do it at the dining table. 3. Property advertised as having 2 bedroom with double bed in one bedroom and 4 single beds in the second bedroom. In the reality the second bedroom only contains two single beds, with the remaining two beds situated in the living room. So we were not able to comfortably accommodate our children, as well as enjoy the living room space. Additionally, the absence of blackout blinds in the living room makes it challenging to sleep due to surrounding lights. I wanted to share picture of what was promised, but it seems Booking removed it from my booking details :( You can see the view from the apartment we were given.

The beds were very soft, but this is also a matter of preference. And the lifts at the building were slow - sometimes could be waiting up to 10 mins to get down or up.

Perfect for a family holiday with all the facilities you could ask for - outdoor and indoor pool was a big hot for the kids. The apartment had an amazing view, clean and new. The location was perfect, walking distance everywhere and supermarkets downstairs.

The bed mattress are soft, it makes our body sink in. Not good for our back

The bungy rocket wasn't great to look at from the room, but Circle on Cavill does not control this, and it definitely wouldn't stop me from staying again.

It had a great central location and was a very nice apartment. The facilities were great, and there was a generous amount of complimentary items to get us started. It is close to all transportation and dinner venues.

When you use the TV in the living room, it works perfectly fine but once you turn it off you can’t turn it back on with the remote unless you unplug it from the plug reconnected and then turn it on again. Toilet seat is moving when you sit on. I think need repair and dryer was bit dirty but overall excellent place to stay these are small issues which are quick fix.

Staffs were very friendly. When I checked in staff member explain to me everything very well, got out and showed us everything we needed to know. Everything I need was available in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable, living room perfect, spabath available, balcony was beautiful and great ocean view.

The spa wasn't working, the shower head was leaking and the toilet took a long time to fill and was noisey, no spare bin liners, not enough dishwasher cleaner for the amount of days
