air conditioning not working. spoke to 2 different staff members. still not fixed. Was originally told parking was included but got charged $20 for each car. (we had 4 rooms booked). Carpet had stains. no milk given.

Booked an apartment. Let down by some minor issues - refrigerator and microwave not working, no tea towels, - told to use bath towels!! no dishwasher tablet.

Fire brigade coming for false alarms. Not being told when booking on the bond you have to pay. Bond taking 7 to 10 days to be returned these days it should be instant. Car park entrance sooo steep.

The carpet was stained, and the bathroom door keeps opening, would have been better if there was a lock.

Room was spacious for the price, parking on site is available, you will just have to reserve a slot ahead. Bed was firm, which was what I really liked.

Location difficult to find due to current road works in area. No information in room about facilities of WIFI availability/password. Limited wardrobe/drawer space. Front door didn't open fully or close properly. Fire evacuation alarm went off early in morning on one of the days due to false alarm.

Cup missing from cupboard. Globes missing in lights, tap fittings fell off, door to balcony broken and wouldn't lock. Quite dodgy looking people hanging around the outside of the building, and back lane way.

Room was great. Bathroom was great. Bed very comfy.

There were a couple of maintenance issues but didn't impact our stay.

Location was fabulous and convenient for our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a goid size and comfortable.

no coffee or tea but they did have milk, no tea towels, no chairs for on balcony so had to drag inside chairs out, could also be a little cleaner. for some strange reason there was a bar fridge in the room, turned on, as well as a full size fridge, turned off. overall good value for money, very friendly staff…. would stay again

The Room faced the main highway and the traffic noise made it difficult to sleep. It needs to have double glazed windows. Or if possible if you have a choice to have a room at the back of the building may help. Initially the apartment looked well appointed with a kitchen included. Fridge Freezer, dishwasher, oven and hotplates and Microwave. When opening the cupboards two sets of cutlery two plates and one glass. Hopefully if we were staying longer, they would accommodate with a pan or pot and a tea towel. There weren't any extra pillows or blankets. If driving a manual car, it would be difficult to exit the car park with the angle of the steep driveway and unsure why they have a stacking car park.

The Bed was very comfortable. The Staff communicated quickly when I booked.

Towels from previous people left under the bathroom bench. Also some rubbish left on bedside table couldn't work out how to use the heating/cooling, but the room was a comfortable temperature

Small building. Easy to navigate Staff were nice, welcoming and helpful Bed was nice and comfortable and we slept well with good blockout curtains

I was told reception shut at 9pm so rushed to get there but staff were on hand all night, was told I couldn’t have an extra key card so I had to stay in the room for hours without dinner until my partner returned but next day asked someone else and was given one, staff tried to tell 2 of us that parking wasn’t paid for and room wasn’t paid for - they were and luckily we kept receipts. Was told we can’t have gate remotes for garage but next day were given them. Couldn’t control heating/cooling in the room and it was so hot we couldn’t sleep.

this was booked for family to enjoy a night away and i had popped my card down for payment as requested although when my mother In law arrived she was asked to pay bond and also the cost of the night.
