Suits not well maintained, giving an 'unclean' first impression. Definite signs of wear including a cracked window. Only one key card given for four guests that was required for electricity supply and to enter premises. No view. Location meant hoons at 2am.

The hotel was near the station and walking distance to DFO. Beds were comfortable and linen provided was appropriate for the weather. Rooms were close to lifts. Check-in and check-out was no fuss. Reception around the clock.

The area can be very noisy and as such the noise in the area kept me awake all night.

We had a concert at the Melbourne Town Hall, the location was only a 10min walk, the room was great and the view of the city lights was magical. The bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was cramped and in a poor state of repair. Although a fully equipped kitchen was promised and there were pots pans and a small cooker there was no microwave. The free coffee was international Roast which I haven’t had to drink since 1982. So we bought our own.

So conveniently located and the staff could meet all our requests. The shower was hot and strong and fresh fluffy towels arrived each day.

Rooms were getting some noises from back alley and ambiance in the room can be more better.

Location is very good, very prime location and right in the middle of main food streets of the city. Rooms : rooms are ordinary but importantantly bed and bathrooms are very clean which is enough for budget travelling.

Limited crockery in the kitchenette, no mugs supplied. Fridge freezer was iced up so couldn’t use. Limited hanging and shelf space in the first room on the 2nd floor. That was addressed when moved to the 3rd floor.

Nothing! Again; "You Get what You Pay for".... It's not the Taj Mahal; But; meets all the basic requirements one needs; Great Value for relative low cost! x

Comfortable stay with wonderful assistance from manager and staff. Good location. Near to Chinese and other restaurants and trams. Room was quiet.

Although the place seemed relatively clean, we did find 4 cockroaches on our visit. I imagine it was what is expected with how old the place is. It is no frills, granted but didn't expect to find bugs. If you don't mind that, then it is cheap and good for a couple of nights' sleep.

The location was great and the staff were friendly. Room was adequate size and mostly clean. Right next to lots of bars and restaurants in the heart of the city.
