Mould over alot of the bathroom ceiling. Broken pieces of what looked like window surround left near front windows. Child found beer caps under the TV unit. Upstairs units were dropping cigarette butts down into the courtyard - Nothing that ruined a 2 night stay but something to address for future guests.

Quality Samsung TV. Kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, wraps, cleaning products. Plenty of linen and spare blankets, doonas and throws. No issues with WiFi. Garage space was secure, Left my car there all weekend and explored on foot. Staff were helpful and down to earth.

Main bedroom bed was lumpy and springs could be felt through the mattress and was lopsided, could also have been cleaner in the bathroom hair on the floor and in the shower, little bit more attention to detail on that side.

Cockroach's, no bed and pillow protectors, no top sheet, fridge not cleaned from previous tenant, kitchen needs a good clean, no garbage bags for rubbish, no fire blanket or extinguisher in kitchen (incase of emergency), no evacuation plan in place at main or rear door, mould in bathroom and shower. Main front bedroom needs heaver or block out curtains as the rest of the house was dark as we were lite up at dust.

Great location, size, family opportunity to stay with the ability to check-in late. Great lounge room/ dining room set up with excellent size TV and WiFi.

My child found a crack pipe in the couch cushion which still had drug residue in it, when contacted the host the first sentence they said to me was "well its not mine", they did not offer for the apartment to be cleaned nor did they offer any sort of apology. the beds were made but had black curly hairs on top of the blankets on the double bed and on one of the single beds. the walls were dirty, the toilet seat was broken.

It was well equipped, clean and spacious. The location was great, 30 minute walk to Heirisson Island or the CBD. Queens Park a stones throw away. It was fantastic having off street secure parking.

Nothing to complain at all cos the property was adequately equipped for a small family such as ours.

The location in East perth was ideal n close to shops n bus stops. Location situated in a very low density quiet neighbourhood. Most of all,the host Paul was exceptional in his approach n very eager to help in making our stay as comfortable as possible. We would love to come back again for a second round.

very unclean even though cleaner was there when we arrived. washed out floor mop in kitchen sink. used same dirty clothes to wipe a few areas. Oven was not clean. Didn’t clean light switches,door handles, chairs or lounge which in Covid times should be a priority. never cleaned shower at all but said she did even though we where all there! Towels where thin an threadbare. price you pay and there was no tea/coffee or even a microwave! under couch was filthy an had months of dirt an rubbish. toilet smelt disgusting the whole time as 2 round cut outs in floor had years of dirt/urine in them. outside area was filthy and disgusting. heater didn’t work at all. All in all it was not a good stay due to the high degree of uncleaness of the place .

Poor ventilation, had to leave the back door open to let the air in overnight as well. Cleanliness is not great and found a few bugs roaming around Vacuum cleaner was not in working order

Cleaness was not good .no mop or insde broom vacum didnt work and 2 rice cookers not working no tea towles or tea spoons 9pm every day vacuming upstairs and heavey footed . Cockroachers and baits with in reach of children.wouldnt say 5 star at this point

The apartment wasn't clean and lots of cockroaches, both dead and alive. The shower head kept falling off the hook when used and other persons bathroom items were left in the shower. The smart tv was a good size but was limited to very little channels and you couldn't find the hdmi cord. There was no amenites (milk, tea, coffee).

The location was great and the apartment was a good size.

A couple of things which we already discussed with the property owner.

Is wonderfully located, cleaned. only a couple of hundred metres from a main attraction on Hay Street and with all CBD's views. More or less, it is in the city centre. Very big TV, kids enjoyed to watching movies every evening.
