The rooms are always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and there is off street parking. It is well located to Toowoomba Base Hospital and easy to get to anywhere in town from its location. We got caught off guard as previous stays have included a buffet continental breakfast, but this is not the case now. In all, a good budget friendly place to stay in Toowoomba.

Well I don't know the explanation for why there was no breakfast as they were advertising it but not open the 3 days I was there they might be advised to take it out the information books in the rooms

The motel is located directly opposite the regional hospital complex and is in the type of neighbourhood which typically goes along with that - you can read between the lines. Our room also had some sort of leak from the bathroom roof above the hand basin which was a bit concerning. The parking area is fairly tight, especially when full of tools who can't park between clearly marked lines. It's a shame because the staff appear to be trying their best with what they've got but we'll stay elsewhere when next in Toowoomba. Good luck, team!

A great example of 'you get what you pay for'. The room was comfortable enough, tidy and had everything one would expect to find in a budget motel room. The hosts were very friendly as well.

Very noisy guests or maybe the manager above us. We could hear stomping all night. The air-conditioning made a bit a noise at times as well. Just complaining because we were travelling and needed sleep, otherwise it was a good stop

Booking stated Breakfast from 6.30. When we went for Breakfast no one was around. Saw a sign stating office open from 7.00 am. Went to see again at 7.15am. No one around and everything locked up. Breakfast was included in our price. Disappointing.

The room was quite large and location quieter than I expected. It was equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster and a few basic crockery and cutlery. There is a small selection for a continental breakfast in the dining room but it was adequate.

The TV in our room could only show the SBS channels. I was not able to switch to the ABC or to the commercial channels.

Breakfast was included with our booking. A nice selection to choose from, we liked the inclusion of raisin toast. The allergy information displayed was great. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Netflix wasn't working. I tried to fix it, but was too tired to bother contacting reception to fix it. Reception was pleasant and great, however, I really wanted to check in quickly and go rest in my room rather than engage in social conversation. The receptionist was friendly which is great, however, I was hoping he would be attuned to my body language and conversational cues I wanted to just go and check in. Breakfast was great, however, if there was a gluten free option for bread or cereal, that would be amazing. I acknowledge I could have asked for it, though, before I arrived and made a request, but I wasn't organised enough. I also needed to access the internet with plan to do work. I didn't check if this was included, so again, my fault.

It was a great place to stay for a short visit. I was worried I was going to have screaming kids next door in the next room, as they were very loud when I arrived. Luckily I didn't. Clean room, comfortable size shower.
