Parking was sometimes difficult because the parking spaces don't (or no longer) fit the size of the vehicles parking in them, one night I gave up and just left the car parked on the road outside. One of the permanent residents smokes (and of course coughs) constantly on her balcony on the floor below and the smoke drifted upwards into unit 4, where we were staying. This is something I will never understand: smokers don't want their smoke in their own appartment but are happy to let everybody else have it in other appartments.

The location is great, close to the airport and easy walking distance to the Esplanade. The appartment was clean and well kept, it was certainly good value for money and we would go there again.

The apartment looked clean at first glance. The beds were comfortable and bedding very nice. The floors were clean, surfaces were cleaned, bath, toilet and basins were clean. However, there was mould in the grouting between the tiles in the bathroom. We sprayed it ourselves with the mould cleaner in the cupboard. The walls, doors, frames and skirting boards need painting to freshen them up. However, just with a good wash they will already look heaps better as there are marks on them and some dirty spots. The floors need a good clean in places as well, not just a quick mop.

It's in a very good location. Near enough to the city centre, but not right in the middle. The apartment is spacious.

The customer service was absolutely horrific. I rang to let the manager know that I was checking in and he swore at me that he had just left the apartment complex and wasn't coming back, mind you the checking in time was from 2pm and I was ringing at 1:55pm. He then told me he would ring me back soon. Once he rang back he told me he had my key in the lock box and gave me the code. I do not understand why someone would swear at a customer because he didn't realise I was coming today until he looked at his laptop when he rang back. It made me very uneasy and I almost didn't bother staying in the complex. This altercation has definitely made my mind up about not staying again and it's a shame because the unit was very comfortable.

The apartment was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. So great having our own washing machine and dryer in the apartment too.

Shower wouldn't turn with switch for bath and lounge was filthy dirty all stained looked gross. Otherwise very comfy place.

There was a bit of a mix up when we got there so it took a couple of phone calls (and help from an on-site caretaker) to get the keys; and the wifi didn't work at first. But in both instances we were able to make contact with staff as soon as we phoned and they came and sorted it out.

Really well appointed rooms where they had thought of just about everything, from providing freezer shopping-bags and all the necessary kitchen gadgets through to being spotlessly clean and having good quality furniture and good aircon in every room. Great balcony with a lovely view. Just far enough from the highway that the noise levels weren't too bad.

The comfort level of the main bed was completely unacceptable. Seriously your guests are on holiday and have an expectation that the bed will resemble something of equal comfort. The window mounted air-conditioner had an unpleasant smell about them.

The apartment is in need of a deep clean and some TLC. The queen bed springs have collapsed, the vaccum not working and The kettle on the way out. There was no oven which was a surprise but we made do. The pool is basic and not toddler friendly. We left a list of things for repair for management to address so hopefully all will be fine for the next family.

Location was great. The apartment size was perfect. The free wifi was much appreciated! The neighbours so quiet.
