I didn't like the code at the entrance since the battery was flat and the room was in a state of disrepair (peeling walls behind the headboard and fear of finding bed bugs seeing previous reviews). Sometimes the shared bathrooms would get locked and you couldn't access them (you have to get a card and open them). I don't know if the codes are changed regularly... it scared me a little.

ROOM 1 Nice room itself, comfortable bed and pillows. Possibility of being able to watch Netflix (via your device) on the Smart TV in the room. Near the property there was a supermarket open until late, a restaurant, the MC and the bus stop that took you to the center (one stop). The shared "external" area was very nice, too bad we had a window that went directly there and it wasn't very "safe" to leave it open.

The air conditioner was barely functional and the ceiling fan didn't work (not ideal in the middle of a heatwave). A single pillow for each side of the bed was a little stingy. Did not appreciate meeting a cockroach in the bathroom.

Room was cosy and quiet, if not particularly spacious; very clean, with plenty of storage space and a small stash of complimentary toiletries. Check-in was easy and I appreciated the keyless entry/exit.

For some crazy reason, they have kitchen facilities but do not provide cutlery, crockery, or cooking pots... this was disappointing to learn after purchasing food to cook with. Also, the room was so small that you repeatedly stubbed your toe on the corner of the bed, and the was not ready by the 2pm check in time.

bad maintainece of rooms A/C unit is there but internal control and one of the cover is open so i stared to the ceiling wondering what is gonna fall down like dust in the a/c panel i mean . No tv batteries for watching tv i raised the issued and no satisfactory response was made.

My friend and I (two 18 year old girls) both felt safe and comfortable which we were a tad worried for when we read the low rated reviews but overall it was good for what we paid and didn’t have any issues.

Lacked cleanliness, tap wasn’t even connected to the sink and free moved around, didn’t see any staff so couldn’t make them aware of the lack of cleanliness (mirror was filthy, couch all stained, pillows stained, run marks down walls, lids from someone elses toiletries left in shower). Needs its own parking instead of on street.

Cups, glasses, kettle and basics would be nice in your room, however you need to share them from a hallway buffet and the fridge is shared by people that must live there long term, so it felt awkward entering these.

The room was nothing like it looks on the Booking photos. No sheet separating you from the Kmart doona. Disgusting toilet brush, no basics in the room, every communication on line, via sms or email. All rooms are directly off a hallway. Showers need a good scrub. Tap in bathroom loose. It doesn't cost much to offer little luxuries and this place spends NOTHING on those. Needs rebranding as it is NOT what they announce. Go and check out before you secure a booking. After sending emails and speaking on the phone I finally had my second night money returned, however am still waiting on my bond of $50 to be returned. Apparently that will take up to 5 days. What is that all about??!! Some phone staff you get to speak to on the shared number are helpful, but a few were not. Compare before you book this place. This does not reflect the beautiful Perth accommodation available.

No staff at all/no reception. Felt unsafe as when I came to “check in” you just type the code in but two people outside waiting to come in whilst I was coming in. They didn’t have a code so I apologised and locked the door but then friends came and let them in. I’m pretty sure they weren’t staying there.

Credit card authorisation is not android phone friendly... The house keeping staff need to be more thorough.... 4 hrs between check out and check in is more than sufficient time... Air con facilities didn't work. Inclusive fruit basket on arrival, or breakfast items provided would be a nice touch....
