Stayed 14/5 2 nights disgusting. Couldn’t get into room code fine but couldn’t open door. Very hard to get into every time. Room share bathroom couldn’t get into toilet or shower lock broken. No parking again. Rang number spoke to someone but no help. Emailed that also not working. How do I get my money back.

Smashed fire alarm. No sink plug. Tv hanging off of wall. Blinds would not close properly giving view into room from communal area. Toilet brush with no holder. No room cleaning during 10 day stay. No clean sheets available. Tea making area had paper cups and wooden stirrers. Sofa bed had no base was not usable to sit or sleep on. Sofa bed cushion ripped. Table had only 1 chair. Standard lamp had no bulb. Main light switch damaged. In general a very shabby room.

Location was perfect for our needs.

I didn’t like anything about this place! Everything was very inconvenient, firstly there was no staff at the property just a phone number to call that didn’t even operate 24/7. We arrived an hour before check in time and they wouldn’t even give us the code pf entrance to the lobby, unless we paid for early check in. We asked if we could leave our luggage and they denied as well, all with a very bad attitude. When we entered the room and sat in the couch it literally fall down, it was completely broken. On our second night the kitchen door was locked and we couldn’t manage to open it, even though we asked for the code. A couple staying in the room next to the kitchen couldn’t access their bedroom and we tried to call the reception (9 pm) and they wouldn’t answer and not even referred another form of contact, it was very stressful and unpleasant. All they care about is taking the deposit money (which i have not yet received) and reminding guests that we should be out of the property by 10 am, therefore we couldn’t even hang out in the lobby or leave our luggage. I would have rather stayed in the cheapest hostel and be able to access the property or leave my luggage. I never leave bad reviews but it was the worst experience and also expensive for such a terrible service.

Air Con was unfortunately not working/effective. I couldn’t fault anything else to be honest.

Pretty much everything except location, Dirty, walls, celling, carpet damaged. Rip off for amount money you paying, you rather pay extra for decent hotel On top of that rude staff NEVER AGAIN

The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. (Outside = 40 °C) We told the hotel but they did nothing to fix it and they didn’t even get us another room. It was unbearable!!! Besides, the milk in the fridge expired long time ago and the window was broken and very dirty. We‘d really like to have our money back 😡

The air conditioning was not cold. The room was hot and stuffy, which made it hard to sleep. There was a fan but I think that was old as there was no switch that I could find.

Nothing at all like the photos. Filthy, moldy, ripped carpet, sofas so dirty could sit on them. Fridge full of old moldy food. So bad, we couldn't stay. Wouldn't have been able to sleep with the stink of 'deodorizer'.

They do not clean the rooms, if you want to clean it is an additional cost, there are cockroaches, they do not have equipment to prepare a breakfast. Since there is no permanent staff, some bones make noise. They charged me to replace toiletries. They didn't have clothes hangers.... very bad hotel
