The outside of the tent probably needs a big clean and bugs and mosquitoes can still get inside the tent

Unfortunately due to a storm we didn't have power. We managed well with using the BBQ and our own esky. There is a composting drop toilet that can be interesting to use

Clouds Serenity is a unique accommodation experience in a fabulous location. It is comfortable and private and the hosts are very welcoming. A great experience.

the walk down to the property was far from the car park and on grass, steep and muddy. also the tent had broken areas where bugs could get in

The temporary road closure to location was inconvenient but unavoidable. Would have liked to stay longer but time limits on road had us leave earlier than we liked.

Beautiful location. Everything we needed, very romantic setting. Provided with an unexpected meal on arrival. Secluded and private. Restful little oasis.

It’s slightly dated but everything is in perfect working order.

Wonderful getaway with breathtaking views. The owner Wilson was great and helped us carry our bags to the tent and showed us around. Dinner (pasta and homemade sauce) and a bottle of wine were a welcome surprise. A fire pit was set up for us with extra wood. Also loved the DVD collection and movie screen.

My only piece of negative feedback would be the “tent” smell as soon as we entered. I would recommend lighting a scented candle prior to arrival for the owners or to take your own. It’s nothing repulsive, but noticeable.

Loved the tent but needed some maintenance. The location was amazing ! The only real complaint was that the heating was poor we were cold in the tent. Could use a electric blanket and an oil heater to heat the tent. The sides of the tent had to be down due to the cold weather so no view! Plastic sides would be a good idea as we were there for the view

The only minor complaint, bed base seemed a bit soft in the middle, sunk a little . New mattress could solve this

The views from this property are spectacular, taking a sunset bath looking over the valley in complete privacy was bliss! Check in was efficient and friendly , the space was clean and comfortable , I feel after reading some of the previous reviews that some guests aren't considering that this is " glamping" style accomodation , creature comforts but still very much outdoors which we loved. Cafe just up the road was great for coffee and breakfast also .

The toilet is composting which takes a little to get used to but I would stay again in a heart beat!

Had the most BEAUTIFUL & SERENE rural getaway, will definitely be back 🤍 in love / awe of the bath & the view!! Felt absolutely spoilt when the owner delivered me a bottle of shiraz too & he was so hospitable when I arrived!

The website states fully stocked fridge although I don't believe this is still accurate, however our fridge was empty except for some sachets of butter & jam plus an opened 250ml carton of milk (obviously from the previous guests). We didn't get the bottle of wine although we were told it would be brought down by 6pm. We were also promised firewood which did not appear. Although the tent had been cleaned nothing else had been stocked - wine, coffee, tea. We had two coffee pods, no teabags (just a teapot & a small amount of tea leaves), no sugar. Our trip was marred by wet weather & the track to the tent is quite bad in wet weather as it is red dirt/mud. Track definately needs upgrading. There is no reception, except for the Clouds sign it just looks like a normal house. We had to phone to say that we had arrived. Although the interior of the tent was nice, the whole set up is getting old. The 4 poster bed looked nice but sagged in the middle. The eco toilet is an issue, I am sure something more could be done about the smell. Definately not the 4.5 star experience we were expecting for our 25th wedding anniversary.

The view was amazing & we loved the bathtub. Homemade meal was also a nice touch.

The bathroom is clean, but I don’t like the toilet, kind of smelly. The weather is rainy and windy, so the sound at night was really loud, get a hard sleep.

the view is good, enjoy the pasta source and red wine, we had a movie night, really good. we came a little bit late, so miss the best time for shower. They have lots of board games even mahjong.
