Room was a little stale smelling with the damp weather, an air freshener would have done wonders. Over all good experience. Will recommend but will probably try something else in future just for something different.

Breakfast and meals in general was fantastic good value. Staff were very polite and helpful.

The person behind the bar was rude and lost our order and did not even attempt to apologise. We lost 45 minutes.

I loved that they had a bistro onsite. We stayed in two of the newly renovated rooms, which were lovely. The pool was great.

We were on the second floor and there are no lifts - arriving hot and tired with a heavy case was hard work.

The buffet breakfast not value for money..Bacon dry, sausages had funny taste. Yoghurt had run out told there was no more still an hour of breakfast service to go.

Lovely setting. Clean room with comfy bed. Pool area was beautiful. On site bar and restaurant we're great. Bus service into Airlie beach center. Easy taxi booking service.

The location is so handy, you can just take a walk to Cole and walk around the tracks, and very convenient to just get a taxi to go to Airlie beach, many great restaurants and we really love and enjoy Saturday market stalls. We love the place and the people were so happy and friendly there and I can see that everyone is working so hard there.The whole place is awesome, I would recommend our friends to come to Whitsunday and stay at Mantra club croc.

The light was out in our stairway . The pool is very rough in spots on the bottom it cut the bottom of our feet all 8 of us . The pool area needs more shade the round table areas was good but not shaded . The verandah was very worn .

The beds were fantastic. The room was great but could do with some extra hooks in bathroom to hang up wet stuff when out of pool. Jude from the restaurant was awesome she made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble she is a great asset to club mantra. Appreciate that security acted quickly very early in morning when we rang about a problem with a room on our floor.

We stayed over the Christmas period and any members of staff we spoke to didn’t seem to know the run of show for the Christmas Day lunch creating a lot of confusion for us. In general, most members of staff seemed poorly trained and unsure of themselves.

Hotel is newly refurbished and rooms and pool are fresh and modern.

The rooms, the Breakfast buffet, the pool, the bar and the service was fantastic. Any request was attended to with efficiency. Our 5 day stay was wonderful even with Cyclone Jasper approaching. The rooms were clean and spacious with both ceiling fans and air conditioning. The beds were a little firmer than what we are used to, but they were large and clean.
