We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWe had some issues with the finishes in the room….the bathroom door didn’t close properly, the handle on the inside of the bathroom door was not there ??? one of our wine glasses had a wine stain on the base, there was a dirty sock under the bed (not ours) and the water from the shower ran out to the bathroom floor. The room was pleasant and close to the restaurant which my wife was pleased about as she had mobility problems.
The breakfast food was nice and plentiful. The morning staff were welcoming and friendly, particularly Jade and Yasmin who were always quick to provide us with whatever we needed. Lovely staff 😊 The restaurant food at the evening meal was nice, but we attempted to order a room service meal after a tiring day, using the QR function in our room. After an hour, we approached staff in the restaurant only to be told that the QR function had not worked. We waited a further 20 mins while our meals were prepared and delivered. We were told that we would not be charged for the meal, but noticed on our return to home, that we had been charged anyway.

United KingdomStayed 4 nights and no WiFi for 2 nights staff told us different excuses for no WiFi said the town was without it as well but we disagree it was available in coffee shops and hungry Jack's very dissapointed with various excuses also the breakfast was dissapointing the hash browns were cold every morning and scrambled eggs were runny the coffee sachets were hard

AustraliaBar fridge barely fit in the newly renovated cupboard it was annoying as fridge moved everytime we tried to shut it. Shower door was heavy and cumbersome and you had to swing it inward to get in . It would be really difficult if you were a big person or elderly.
It looked recently renovated. Fresh and clean.

AustraliaWe had to change rooms due to a strange smell coming from the air conditioner. Walls are pretty thin so we could hear people walking around and using the bathroom. There is no fan in the bathroom and the water pressure could have been a bit better.
Nice room with a comfortable bed. Had free access to a pool and spa, and the complimentary breakfast was good. Reception was friendly and had a very easy check-in and check-out process. Free onsite parking as well.

AustraliaI was given my key to room 317 up the back end of the resort. Turns out it was being used for maintenance and not made up, with equipment in it. So it was several long walks over lots of balconies through the resort and to make this worse, quite fearful of heights.

Great hotel! Food fab, pool fab, staff very helpful just a 10 min bus ride to Airlie centre or 25 min walk all my the fantastic boardwalk. (Thank you club Croc for the wedding anniversary gesture)

Based on some previous reviews our expectations weren’t really high, but they were definitely exceeded. The room was very comfortable and nicely furnished and even though we booked a resort room, it was facing the pool. Got a great night’s sleep and the inclusive buffet breakfast was great (lots of choice and good quality). So glad we booked to stay here and not one of the noisy hotels in the centre of town

United KingdomUnfortunately during my stay there were pool works going on which meant it was very noisy from about 8am onwards which isn’t very relaxing. Also there was a power cut in the hotel and it took around 4 hours to get the power back on. I understand that it may have been out with the hotels control but some compensation would have been appreciated as breakfast was also missed that morning.

AustraliaThey don’t offer daily house keeping so we requested more towels which the staff happily provided at the front desk.
The pool facilities were great, beach towels were also provided. The bed was very comfortable and it was a well appointed room. The hotel was also quite nicely laid out, and despite being school holidays, was very quiet and not overcrowded. The location is an easy walk to Airlie town centre or the marina and shops.
