Restaurant downstairs wouldn’t serve me lunch 10mins after their close time which was a shame as I was staying at the hotel. And had just arrived after a 5hr drive We did enjoy a yummy breakfast there next morning though

Mattress and pillows could do with an upgrade.

Nice location, easy access and late check in process. Well maintained in a charming boutique style hotel.

The receptionist who greeted us on arrival was lovely, friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately could not say the same about the receptionist when we checked out. My friend and I wanted to pay separately but to my surprise the money had been debited from my account on the day we checked in. The receptionist bluntly stated that this was in the information provided to us. Fair enough, I hadn't noticed that but she was not willing to do anything to help us out so that my friend could pay her share. It may seem like a minor point but I walked away feeling a bit miffed. I think it was her attitude more than anything.

The accommodation was lovely. Stylish, spacious and clean. We were not thrilled with the restaurant even though I was aware that it is not connected to the hotel. Service was good though

Unavailability of off street parking is the only small blemish on this facility.

Have stayed there previously and the high standard of Cobb & Co was unchanged.

We had the worst room in the hotel. No windows and directly fronting the outdoor dining area which was very noisy until late. Otherwise the room itself was very well presented and comfortable. If? We did consider going back, we wouldn't accept a similar room.

This is a boutique hotel right in the centre of Mudgee. Our room was located on the ground level and was very comfortable. There is a restaurant in the building which is worth dining in. Although some tables were close to our room we did not hear my noise in our room. Mudgee is in a known wine region and is well worth a visit.

A really minor thing, tea and coffee making area on the top of the fridge cabinet was a little cramped

The central location, the heritage building and furnishings, the lovely welcoming staff. Having a cafe/ restaurant downstairs in the courtyard shaded by jasmine.

The bathroom had a sewer smell coming through which wasn't very pleasant. We didn't mention it because it was just an overnight stay.

Quiet, convenient location. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The AC worked well.

We were on the ground floor, our door opened onto the courtyard where people were dining. Not the best for privacy and noise. As soon as breakfast started there were people outside our door talking. These people were particularly loud and it wouldn't always be like that, we were just a bit unlucky with the other guests.

The room was comfortable and clean. The furnishings gave it a nice vintage feel without being too old.
