The bathroom door didn’t have a knob, the tap was leaking, and there were people being disruptive and loud in the area which made it feel unsafe

There was a strpped out van... no seats and full of plants in the car park. The clientele were junkies waiting to die of alcoholism or drugs. They were scary to be round even for an adult male. There was a hobo... if I recall his name was Paul or Scott, who lived in the stairwell. The actual room was mostly ok... old style and simple but ok. Being woken up to some drunk junkie screaming "Ian, Ian, Ian, they stole my sh#t Ian. Ian, Ian, (loud banking noises). Ian, Ian, Ian. Screamed for 10 minutes straight. I kid you not. This is where the junkies come to die.

The price is great... but that is actually part of what makes it suck... this place is so cheap it is where the junkies come to die.

Clean room. Easy check in. Room equipped with comfy seating, fridge and microwave. 19tram stop at the front door making trips to the city very easy

We booked ahead, so the rooms should have been ready for us. They should have been clean and they should have been as shown in the photos online. The stench was horrible but we were too tired to go anywhere else.

There was no parking allocated and couldn't be l...on account of the fact that there was a heap of unregistered wrecks laying all over the place no lights in room power leads joined up running everywhere no sugar at all in the supplied tea/coffee smoke alarm completely covered with a plastic bag not sure about the bedding as you couldn't really see it in the dark didn't look or smell fresh upon checking it with pH torch.entry foyers and grounds in 1 word f### ing putrid

First room stunk of cigarette smoke. The guy couldn't smell it but I realised next day when I checked out 2 days early that I think he might be a heavy smoker himself and so wouldn't have known. There was a domestic in a room couple doors down with Police involved. The next room smelled a little of cigarette smoke but the issue there was the curtain didn't close properly so anyone walking past would be able to see me in bed. There was noise for half the night. There were dodgy characters outside in the courtyard watching me and when I walked out first thing to a new place a comment from one of the dodgy characters left me feeling like these dodgy characters were keeping tabs on everyone coming and going. Not recommended. I rarely give reviews, unless exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. But in this case I recommend staying well away from this location until the dodgy characters are cleared out and the quality of the rooms, ie the smoke smell, is sorted.

After booking it, with an arrival at 1:am on a road trip. I turned up to be told I didn't have a room. As it was a very late arrival, and believing I had a booking, being turned away meant everything was closed and I had to sleep in my car.

The food in the fridge from a previous guest made me question whether everything was cleaned properly. The noise from other guests was horrendous.

The facility was run down and the room did not reach our expectations and we left without staying. The positive thing was that the manager contacted us and our money was refunded

It was a place for drug addicts and ex cons , unsafe and dirty ! ! I was angry to think if a young female or male booked there because it was close to a venue they were attending ...they could be put in danger ! GET IT OFF YOUR SITE !!!! for safety sake ....

Absolutely ripping location! Huge room with a gourmet flat screen tv! The coffee table couch situation was perfect for a couple beers, which we love! Really loved the car wreckers out the back too! You little hoota!

There were derelict cars in the parking lot and the outside appearance of the property was scruffy - a bad first impression. Someone was having an argument for half that night but I guess I can't really blame the facility for that.

Right next to a park with a really nice walk.

Clean and tidy. Right next to a beautiful park, I meet the owner Ian he is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The room is super clean and very good . With new furniture and renovation , it is very comfortable and very good to stay. Close to tram and train , to shops and it is so cozy.

I'd not read any reviews, so I was totally shocked. I asked if I would be safe as I was a female alone, and told yes, but from the moment I left the office to the moment I left the hotel, i felt under attack by a barrage of residents totally harrasing me. It was difficult enough getting into my room, let alone out of it, they continued to knock on my door, and I was followed, stalked, abused, offered drugs and threatened. Not ok. I had to leave, I didnt feel safe there and slept in a carpark, as there were no refunds. Totally dissatisfied, ruined what was supposed to be a theraputic healing weekend.

The staff lady was nice enough, and the rooms clean and have basics, which is all I need... BUT It was Dangerous. I really want to be positive for them, but I cant. The whole external environment is not welcoming. It's not a motel, it's a half way house, you cant use it as both. It's not ok. Its misleading and it wasnt safe, it was scary and I was harrassed from every side.

We booked 2 rooms, for 3 guests. There was mold covering the ceiling of one bathroom. The A/C in both rooms didn't work and were dirty and covered in mold. One room had a space heater, the other had no heat. There were drug users, knocking on doors, all night. Wanting a light. Other guests there, were screaming most of the night. Only got 4 1/2 hrs sleep. Vanity drawers broken in our bathroom.

The room was very clean & neat. Outside I was unsure because the building is old, it felt like a dodgy area & probably is but inside was a pleasant surprise.
