Loved the location. Quick easy walk down to the main esplanade. A couple minutes (if that) walk to coles and bottle shop. Great playground for kids on the esplanade. The apartment had a beautiful view. It was very spacious, clean and thoughtful with what was provided. Great TV’s, washing machine & dryer and kitchen in room. We travelled with our 5 year old twins and the apartment was perfect for us. Parking easy and secure. We didn’t use the pool but it was a great area and the pool was heated (it was a little cold weather wise over our stay)

We had no reason to be critical of the Coco or people (who were delightful) at all - we asked if moving to a bigger room was possible and they made it happen as soon as one became free.

The Coco is situated within a short walk (5 min) of Coles Supermarket and shopping centre, Post Office, Liquor store, with many restaurants with 5-10 min walk. Also very close to magnificent beach front

Can’t fault anything.

I had my mother travel in from NZ who was getting around on crutches due to injuries, so this apartment ticked all the boxes. elevator ✅ pool for recovery✅ spa pool (recovery) ✅ walk in shower (no obstacles for injury) ✅ washer and dryer ✅ the list goes on. The staff were super helpful, we arrived out of hours the communication from staff was superb. Such good service.

No insect screens on any windows or the doors to the balcony, this somewhat spoiled an otherwise excellent apartment for us. I would have liked a face washer included with the bathroom towels. The bed is comfortable but VERY bouncy - you feel every movement your partner makes.

Nice, clean, well-appointed little apartment. The location is wonderful, so close to shops and restaurants and we found it very quiet. Good bathroom with lovely big shower and plenty of room to put your things on the vanity, and the provided toiletries (Ink and Water brand) were very nice. Lots of storage space in the bedroom too, and the sofa in the lounge was very comfy. Easy and secure parking.

Pillows were super high and hard, had to sleep on my jumper for a good nights sleep. There appeared to be mould on the blind leading on to the deck which was discovered upon leaving the property. The tv in the bedroom was very small and only had free to air tv with no option for chromecast.

Great Location, walking distance to the esplanade. The common pool area was amazing. Close to a coles supermarket which is located across the road from the apartments. Very friendly staff. Didn't charge a holding fee for the period of stay which I thought was nice.

Great facilities, close to the restaurant and beach area of Mooloolaba. The room itself has everything you need, a full kitchen, best shower pressure I’ve had in a long time and full cable tv with range of channels.

Don't advertise Ocean View Apartments on Booking.Com and you pay upfront. Then you arrive and are provided a Ground Floor Courtyard Apartment. A bit disengenuous.

Great and very handy location. Enjoyed our Courtyard Apartment although when booked was advised our apartments would be ground to Level 4. No Ocean Views. Disappointing. When you're advertising Ocean Views provide them.

Pool closes early - 2100hrs

Very lovely apartment, light, bright and well equipped. Good space. Loved the master bedroom with ensuite. Beautiful ensuite. Close to amenities and the beach.

Opening the fridge door often caused the fridge to move quite a distance forward. The single beds seemed very soft, would be better if they were firmer. The ensuite shower recess had quite a bit of calcium build up on one of the outside corners. The floor under the couch opposite the TV was quite gross. It looked like there's a mouldy Malteser which has been staying there for 6 months. The floor under the main bed was also quite dusty and hadn't been cleaned in some duration.

The apartment was very spacious. The kitchen was very clean and was well equipped. The linen was clean and nice. The view was spectacular. The location was vey close to the main centre of Mooloolaba. The pool area was very well maintained.

Not a lot to not like, a screen door would have been great to keep a toddler in and still have fresh air from the balcony. Tissues would be a good addition.
