Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaIn the description we read before booking, there was to be a kitchenette with kitchen ware. This was very disappointing. There was 2 coffee mugs, 2 B&B plates, 2 teaspoons, 2 tumblers, 2 wine glasses. There was no microwave, knives & forks, cereal bowls and dinner plates etc. Also only 1 dining chair.
Location was convenient to our event on the esplanade. Lovely and clean apartment.

AustraliaSound-proofing was poor; and up two slights of stairs. Entry process was a little byzantine as you needed to get the room key from the lock box and then use a combination to get in the main entrance which had a tricky handle.
Location was central with easy walk to activities. Free access to washer/dryer. Large and well equipped.

Downstairs was a cafe and restaurant, that would happily deliver orders to our apartment. the apartment was spacious, well furnished, had all the trimmings to enable our stay to be perfect including a coffee maker with plenty of pods. Brilliant rain shower with handheld.

Fitzroy 1 is absolutely huge - the photos do not do it justice! It was very comfortable, especially the bed and was very well equipped. We had a great stay and would recommend.

AustraliaIt was a little confusing to figure out where to collect keys/check in, as there's no signage to state where to go. For those wondering, you just head into the cafe/restaurant and the staff there help you out. The only other negative was that it's upstairs with no lift, so if you have luggage, be prepared to carry it up a flight of stairs yourself, or just pack light!
The room was basically brand new, I loved having full apartment facilities, including a good kitchen that was stocked with useful utensils. The privacy of the room was great also. Free parking on site, as well as plenty of street parking made it really easy as well. Also very handy to be above a cafe, to make grabbing a morning coffee on my way out easy! I will definitely stay again when travelling to Rocky for work.
