Acting manager (the owner/manager being in hospital) was most helpful. Suite had separate living/dining area with TV together with the bedroomTV. Short walk to excellent hotel/bistro.

Parking spots were a bit tight.

Location was good, within walking distance of restaurants and the Beachside Hotel, which has great meals. Very friendly staff. Secure gated driveway. Comfortable bed. All facilities that you need.

King size bed had a timber surround which you kept knocking your legs and knees on trying to get passed from one side of the bed to the other.

Facilities could be updated or replaced. Only one working washing machine, the spa didn’t work. The curtains in the units didn’t cover the full windows.

We had a two bedroom unit and it was a fantastic size for a family for a little getaway.

The pool needs to be more accessible to people with disabilities. The rooms needed improved window coverings. The room entrance door needs a covering.

Overall the complex was suitable to our needs.

Took 30minutes to checking after finally having the manager stroll out to get the key from the box!

No personnel - No receptionist to ask w question to, I emailed with my question and didn’t get an answer to this day, I called like 3 times and there was nobody to answer nor to call me back.

The location was fantastic - quick walk to cafes, shops etc and our room was clean and catered well for our needs. Auto check in was easy and management was easily contactable when the power went out during a storm 👍

We were delayed a day for our arrival and when trying to check in the automatic check-in kiosk didn't really understand that. We had to contact the staff who got us in in a jiffy.

Providing a full kitchen means more than just the basics. Larger saucepans, frying pans and serving bowls would have been appreciated. Plus it never hurts to include something welcoming even if it’s just a packet of biscuits.

It was close to the Hervey Bay 100 start and finish lines. It wasn’t ridiculously expensive. The self checking process was very clear and uncomplicated.

Road noise if you left the windows open however the bedroom is to the rear of the accommodation so we didn't hear much and slept well.

The accommodation had 2 bedrooms, lounge, dining, separate toilet, well stocked kitchen and large balcony. We were in the upstairs unit which had sea views from across the road. Walking distance to bars, cafes and beach walks. The furniture had a chunky wooden theme which added to the character of the place. Even had a double lazy boy sofa so we could relax comfortably in the evening. We had secure parking which was an added bonus.

Parking was a bit of a trial with very small spaces and not much room to manouvre, but we did it!

Great location right opposite the beach and handy to restaurants and hotel.
