There was nothing to dislike. It was all perfect.

We loved everything about this beautiful little sanctuary. The bed was comfortable. We loved the few items that were available to use for cooking. The coffee was great. Sitting outside on the deck was peaceful. The shower is perfect! Robyn and Peter have done a great job making their place warm, welcoming, and comfortable. It's in a great location with walking distance to shops. A short drive to anywhere else. I'm so glad I found this gem because we will be back for sure!

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. A complete 2 bedroom villa with all the creature comforts and super attentive hosts. A quiet little oasis right across the road from the botanic gardens. Excellent value for money.

The parking is a bit of a bother but OK

It is located opposite the botanical gardens .So spent a couple of hours wandering in there . Everything was fairly close by . Very well equiped to self cater .

Wonderful accommodation. Quiet, private, peaceful but close to the local pool and shops. I could walk to Jetty beach along the trail which was lovely. The apartment has a large deck area and a small area of garden which was a terrific bonus. The botanic garden across the road made for a lovely outlook and feel. The apartment was spacious and clean and thoroughly appointed with almost everything one could need. Loved seeing wildlife in the garden! Highly recommended.

The location of the property was fantastic. A few minutes drive to everything. It was quiet, no traffic noise. The property was easy to access. It was without a doubt one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with even a full stove/oven. The bathroom is beautiful and clean with a large shower. We also liked the privacy. We would definitely stay here again. This place is a winner!

The location, in between the main business centre of Coffs and the busy wharf area, is very convenient. Coles supermarket only about 500 metres away. 1 km to the business centre, 2 km to jetty restaurants. But being right beside the botanic gardens makes it feel tranquil and quiet. Unit is comfortably appointed, with kitted out kitchen and access to laundry. Very private. Did not see the owners, but they kept in touch via text, and let us feel that they were there to help if we needed it. Yes, this is basically a poshed-up granny flat in someone's back yard, and not a luxury 5 star resort, but if you accept that, it is a lovely, quiet, comfortable place to stay. Much better than the single room caravan park cabin I was looking at for similar $$.

Just some minor issues. Parking wasnt real good in the lane. Couldnt help dragging grass in every time we used the car. The bed was too soft for me, and the lounge chair is old and needs replacing.

Very central spot, nice and quiet. Modern bathroom and large kitchen with all cullery, crockery, pots and pans. Even some food included. Plenty of room with a large balcony. Never saw the hosts, but they offered us hot soup, and offered us the use of the laundry. Very helpful.
