The kitchen equipment - plates etc needs to be updated. Lots of chipped plates - some not clean.

The apartment was central to everything and only a very short walk to the waterfront. It had everything that we needed and cook for ourselves during our stay. Would definitely stay again!

The bed in the small third room was a bit uncomfortable for my adult son. I didn't like the fact we left the Whisky Chocolates in the fridge. I hope Dave enjoyed them :-)

Close to the Salamanca markets and wharves of Hobart. Car parking was good.

The bed was uncomfortable and last night whilst very windy, the metal gates on balcony blew around - it was so loud and clearly happening all over the building.

The apartment was a fantastic size, the decor was great and it was in a fabulous location.

Few of the stuff inside the unit needs a bit of TLC e.g. some of the shutters are not working in the second bedroom. One of them could not be closed. The ones in the living room as well. Few of them could not be closed with the remote. Noticed few dusts here and there. I am having difficulties to setup the baby chairs as well (I could not make the back rest to go higher). Not sure if it's broken or it's just the way it is.

The amenities inside the unit are amazing. It got everything you need and it's not just an average ones either. The space is spacious for a family so it's comfortable for a long stay (we did for 3 nights). Secure parking is available and access to the lift is easy as we have lost of baggages. It's definitely a cosy ones during winter holiday with a baby.

Guest room - one of the blinds (in the far left was not working, thus the light of the buildings were coming through the Venetian blends night time- making it uncomfortable to sleep at night, considering the guest likes the room pitch dark during the night.

No aircon in the bedrooms for some reason (except the third bedroom/office). The afternoon sun made the bedrooms a bit warm with no way to cool it down. The blinds in the master bedroom didn't work properly.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, it was huge! Massive balconies, big rooms, lovely decor. It felt like a truly luxury suite and it was in a great location, and exceptional value for money. Loved the full sized kitchen and the TV in both bedrooms.

Large, beautifully furnished unit. 2 bedrooms separate sides of the lounge room. 3rd bedroom more study size and fold out sofa. Everything in unit could want. Ensuite good. Walk through robe. View okay back to Uni. Parking easy to access. Would be especially good for family with young kids. Woolworths very walkable.

Location, comfort and cleanliness were great. Quiet and peaceful but everything is within walking distance. We picked up keys from a lock box, pin was provided earlier in the day. There was a night when I didn't feel like going out for dinner, so we picked a couple of things up from Woolies which is within walking distance and cooked something easy in the kitchen. This apartment is great for families, it is more than enough space for everyone. It was just so comfortable that we felt we were just being home. When we were there, it was the period of Taste of Tassie, it was a short walk from the apartment, and we had a great time and food was aplenty!

Great apartment to stay. Great location, plenty of room and all the lil extras in the apartment make it just that lil bit better than other places. Very thought out with what ppl need while holidaying. Will definitely stay again if in Tasmania 10 out of 10 for sure.
