We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaNo change of towels or sheets!! Every other hotel and motel I have stayed at over the years has always sent a staff member to my room each day to ask if I wanted fresh towels and sheets. By the end of my stay the towels were very damp and used, really needed at least one change of towels. The sheets were ok, but the towels should have been changed.
Nice and quiet. Very comfy bed. Near the bus stop and the shopping centre, only a few minutes walk.

AustraliaManagement need to complain about noisy corellas to local council. Room mostly clean. In restaraunt, staff need to only do one job at time, not five. Chef, when bringing food out, needs to slow down, not sprint.

AustraliaI get there and there are two police cars and a man is being arrested and put in the police car. This is not the fault of the motel but I wouldn't be surprised if it was a regular occurrence. Walls are way too thin. You can hear neighbours watching tv and talking at a reasonable volume
