Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaLocation is not the greatest, as is necessary dedicate around 40minutes each way to go to the city at least, plus a good 10 minutes walking to the tram stop. Cleanliness was very poor in our room, particularly in the bathroom. It was also very noise because our room was just in front of the main avenue infront.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady at reception gave us great tips.

AustraliaWhile the staff were fantastic, the facilities were not. The place needs a considerable amount of money spent on it. The door was barely hanging on, the kitchen didn't even have a sink or cup. The shower was full of mould and I was a bit hesitant to sleep in the bed. Location wise, it's great but the motel itself is poor quality.
It was in a good location, near the airport. Essendon is beautiful and it was easy to get into the city.

AustraliaDeposit hasn't returned to my account. I stayed with you last night and had a $50 deposit taken from me for a key. I was told it would return on check out but im still waiting on it to return.. My stay was not great as it was and was not happy with the state of the room or service. I was also stood in reception while soemone was on the phone for 15 mins before I got checked in. I had to tell the girl on reception to get off her phone and check me in Not good service and the room was not good., no plug for the bath, bed sheets did not smell good.

AustraliaThey don't have a word of honour, they say that I don't have to worry they will make sure I will get the refund that I miss booked but nothing happen they just take my money. I feel I was robbed in an open eye. And they won't reinverse the bond that they withdrawn suppose to be automatically reinverse after check out but they didn't do, you have to call them before they will reinverse.
