I paid for king bed with spa including breakfast . On arrival, we were locked out few times because the cards wouldn’t swipe and we had to go to reception to have it re set . On check out we had to leave one card inside because once we tried to take it out , we heard some noises like electrical noise so we were scared if we took it and there is faulty in the electrical cable/switch then the whole room may get set on fire !! Room was great but Our neighbours kept chrome casting to our roomTV and we had to use our own phones lol . I wonder if someone may be hacked in a near future because of this !!! Myself and my fiancé only got to have proper breakfast on Sunday . On Monday , we were told to have whatever was on table ( bloody cereal , fruit , toast and cuppa ). Well that is not what we paid for , I personally dont eat any of those due to health complications. there was only full cream milk for everyone and couldn’t have tea or coffee coz I am lactose intolerance ! Well we survived on juice and some fruits! we had to go and eat breakfast somewhere else post check out ! Money wasted ! Will not go back there unless it’s on weekend days or May be if I had an event but will have to make sure all is sorted in advance. Restaurant doesn’t open for lunch and kitchen closes too early 830pm! So we decided to eat somewhere else and did take aways from local restaurants. no dinner on Sundays too !

Standalone Lamp near couch had light bulb missing and another light wasn't working in the bedroom. Salty water in the pool. Extremely cold pool water.

Clean and well presented. Excellent location. Loved the hammock and the fountain in the lake was very relaxing. Great to have a tennis court and gym. The pool had a toddler section which was great.

Our room was generous in size and comfort. It opened directly on to an extensive open area - lawns, trees, water, hammocks and birds - with two comfortable chairs to take it all in. Because it is a bit away from town, it was quiet and the nights were magical with the sounds of the water and breeze in the trees. The very best was that I muddled our reservation and showed up a day early and the front of house staff was kind and accommodating beyond my expectations.

I informed you I had a mobility problem and needed a downstairs room, we were given a downstairs room, but unfortunately, I had to climb down 5 steps to get to it and the same five to get out, and no handrails, I injured both hands over the days.

The motel is more like a hotel and seems to be set up more for business conferences than family stays. The turn into the site is easy to miss being right on a rise on Princes Highway

The room was clean and comfortable. Our unit overlooked the excellent swimming pool. The location was good being just over the bridge from the shops and restaurants and a short, walkable distance from a nice beach.

the food i had from the restaurant...KFC chicken. was expecting some nice boneless pieces of chicken and a small side of chips...but all i received was 4 chicken wings and salad (you don't make friends with salad)..$20.00 is a bit much for a few small wings. probably won't be eating at the Restuarant again. the Catalina club is the winner for me in Batemans bay area. great menu and food is big portions,

the a/c system cut as you leave the room... it was super-hot when stayed and was annoying when leaving the room for 30ins the a/c would switch off. over all a very nice place and i will return for sure. the conditioner was empty in the bathroom, i send an email but didn't get a response. good choices of craft beer behind the bar :)
