Ladies at reception were very lovely. The car park underneath was great and good sized spots. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were a little dated but very tidy. The very from our balcony had a bit of every view. Lovely park right next door.

The bathrooms are in dire need of renovation. The showers in particular are horrible. Mouldy grout. Shower door doesn’t close or it will fall off the tracks. Not what is expected for nearly $500 per night.

Unfortunately not fully air conditioned throughout. Only provided one toilet roll per toilet. Always had at least one extra per toilet everywhere I’ve stayed.

The two single beds pushed together to make a double where the join was very uncomfortable which meant we basically slept in single beds.

I was quite disappointed we didn’t have a beach view which I had expected based on my booking. I had my mother with me who was looking forward to the view. The single beds were uncomfortable and one in particular was sagging in the middle. The bedrooms were next to reception area and were noisy early in the morning and very light unfortunately overnight .

Great location, close to beach and cafes and very clean. Nice large apartment including lounge/kitchen. Good amenities provided.

The shower in our apartment didn't work, so I had to shower elsewhere . There wasn't a spare apartment for us to move to, so we should have been compensated for the inconvenience. Fittings in this apartment were very old and outdated.

The location was great, and the views were lovely from the balcony. The staff at Contessa were very friendly.

Shame the air con was malfunctioning and dripped and couldn't be fixed due to the weekend. The bath mats in the shower need cleaning.

Beautiful complex the Contessa. Room was large and spacious. Very clean and well maintained. Pool was excellent. Thanks to William for looking after us, he was excellent.

I didn’t like that the doona in the main bedroom was half the size of the bed however when requested a larger doona from staff one was provided. Some of the furnishings in the apartment need to be replaced. The dining chairs are flaking leather and there was no table outside of the balcony that you could sit around. the apartment wAs clean and had everything you need to enjoy being away from home.

The apartment complex is in a great location and way to walk to shops, beach and restaurants. The pool was great and facilities kept immaculately.
