A great location and view. Everything in the apartment was of high quality and spotless with generous furnishings etc. throughout. A scheduled power outage was generously compensated which was appreciated.

There could have been a little more kitchen equipment - perhaps more cups, and some microwave cooking dishes and utensils. The cleaning fee was a bit steep. Also the bright garden lights detract from the otherwise great view of the night sky.

The apartment is spacious, modern, and clean, with a fantastic view over the ocean. It is close enough to the shops to be walkable.

The studio is open and spacious with everything you need and want. it has an exceptional view of the sea from every angle and is the perfect retreat to help you feel relaxed and invigorated. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful Studio must be the best Apt you can get in Coolum. Quiet, nice stroll into the center. Views are amazing . Everything in this studio is top quality. Alot of thought and love have gone into the design and comfort of this studio. Just beautiful could not fault it, would highly recommend it. 10/10

only potential challenge is being completely surrounded by windows without blinds means waking up early when the sun comes up so no chance of a holiday sleep in. Not a big deal as is such a glorious view but would be nice to have the option.

The only thing we didn’t like is we couldn’t stay longer… :)

Coolum beach front studio is a stunning place to stay. The pictures don’t do the view it offers justice. You stay directly opposite Second Bay- which is a quiet little beach cove- very romantic for a picnic or some beautiful photos. Everything about our stay was exceptional, especially the owners. They were able to assist us with anything we needed. The bed is super comfy, with a great selection of pillows. The linen & towels were clean and crisp! The facilities were all very new & clean. There is wifi & Netflix which is great for the days you just want to be a bit more lazy or when QLD can turn on the rain. It’s a short but beautiful walk along the board walk into town… this was perfect because it was nice and quiet at night time. It is not a hard walk, easy in birks :) You will not regret staying here. It was our first time visiting Coolum & we will definitely be back.

Absolutely beautiful design. Studio flows well, fantastic finishings and that view! Wow! Going to sleep heading the ocean was spectacular, but relaxing in the bathtub with a complete view was exceptional. Our hosts were very accommodating with great communication. Loved every minute of our stay.

The location was amazing and so to was the space and the cleanliness. The view was amazing and we loved swing the sunset and rose the following morning. Throughout the night the view of the moon and the boats lined up waiting to dock were amazing. Amelia greeted us upon arrival and was beautiful. I would love to come back again to stay. Highly recommend.

My main issue were the cleaning costs were extra and excessively above the listed booking price rather than included in the booking price. This was a shock in the booking confirmation and is unusual for Booking.com and more what you would expect on Airbnb. Parking is on the street across the road, not great in wet weather and the telegraph pole at eye level impacts the view. Not much can be done about the last two points. It is a studio as correctly described so microwave and small fridge only, no cooking so be prepared to drive to the shops for takeaway and snacks or walk the 900m to Coolum eateries.

The water views are lovely ( despite telegraph pole) and extend over three sides, quiet, spacious and very clean. Great bathtub. Hosts were very helpful, communicative and nice.
