We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We were upgraded to a king room when we got there. I had meant to ask for a ground floor unit but forgot however they were able to accommodate that. It was located on the main road but it was very quiet and I didn’t even hear the trickiest leaving early the next morning

We stay for a night and after hard working day , the motel is so close to our work side and everything what we did also closer by , food etc . we have a comfortable bed and nice and clean , we will stay again on next time , thank you . they did a good job .

AustraliaI accidentally left an expensive commemerative shirt on a hanger in the room when I checked out. I realised my mistake the following day. I contacted reception, but unfortunately it had disappeared by then. Unfortunate, but these things happen. Great news, I got a phone call from Cooma Motor Lodge telling me that my shirt had been found in the laundry and has been posted to my home at no charge. Above and beyond! Eleven out of ten!!!
We ate breakfast in town. Friendly, helpful staff. Norman was particularly helpful in offering us a garage for our unlockable vintage car during our stay.
