Very little privacy from nosy up stairs neighbours when using the plunge pool. We unfortunately only used it twice in the whole week due to them looking over the balcony at us.

There was only 1 cup which was chipped and stained. Also the carpet was not vacuumed very well.

Plenty of room at the lagoon pool. I liked the bar area at the foyer where you could relax at a couch inside or table near the pool. Very short walk to cafes, shops and beach or just a relaxing walk.

The key collection point is not at the actual location and the after hours duty manager did not respond to my numerous calls when I presented for the key pickup.

Check in instructions could have been clearer. The balcony was pretty dirty, including the chairs and table. There was a large bag of lollies on the floor behind my bedside table, just found it when I was going to plug my phone charger. Not sure how the housekeeping staff missed that, as it was quite big. Cleanliness is clearly something that can be improved.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay. The swimming pool was fantastic and the location was very convenient.

Mould in the shower. No beach towels and reception on occasion wouldn’t give us the beach towels as we didn’t book through peppers. Check in was delayed until 3:45pm.

Feedback on a few things - broken kettle - the spout was coming off and therefore poured hot water everywhere - no ventilation in both bathrooms (or isn't working), leaving towels and bathmats unable to dry, no replacement bath mats or towels were given as spare - power interruption on one full day, the hallways were pitch black (safety issue), no ETA given on power restoration; impacted us working remotely - alarm went off twice very early morning (5 or 6am) for no reason

Couldn’t pick up keys until 330pm after having travelled all day. The floor and the shower were not clean on arrival, the aircon filter was full of dust as was the laundry cupboard and everything in it

The pool chairs were broken. We reported it, but they weren’t replaced. There was no support on site because we were staying in a private apartment. The restaurant was closed.

when we arrived the floor was covered in sand and the veranda. Sand on the outdoor table and veranda. I had to Vacuum to remove the amount of sand. The single beds were on wheels and moved around. And the main bed could be upgraded

The cleaning standard was not acceptable. Upon arrival, the beds to the second bedroom had been stripped and the dirty sheets were still on the baggage rack in the room. The balconies had clearly not been cleaned for quite some time and I spend a good few hours scrubbing an d mopping these. The outdoor furniture was filthy and there was half a head of cabbage floating in the pool. The coffee machine had not had pods emptied from the previous occupiers. By the time we had checked in and subsequently tried to contact management about this issue, their office was closed until Monday. We ended up completing the cleaning ourselves rather than having to wait 2 days for the issues to be resolved.

The two bedroom layout worked really well as the second bedroom had it's own bathroom and could be locked off/separated completely from the rest of the apartment. This was handy for our toddler having naps during the day and gave my family some privacy when they came to stay for a night. The private plunge pool was fantastic to have. The location is excellent given the its close proximity to Salt Village and the various restaurants, cafes and shops it boasts.
