N/A really. Unfortunately for us we came during the Country Music Festival which made the cost skyrocket. This was a trip to meet family not attend the music festival.

The bed and pillows were the best we had slept in out of all the other 4 hotels we had stayed in for the time we were away. The breakfast bar was generous and staff really lovely.

There was very little not to like about this motel,

The room was very well maintained, and big enough for a queen size bed and a single bed. After a long hot day travelling down from Queensland there was a pool to be used to cool off, which certainly was welcome. There was breakfast in the morning, which set me up for the day, with times suitable for those who have to make an early start, the option for a cooked breakfast was there, but I'm just a light breakfast type so didn't avail myself of that. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, with ideas for what to see and do in Tamworth, as any good host should be.

Some of fittings were old. Due to travelling alone I put the door chain on for extra security, however in the morning it took a while to open door as chain rusty and wouldn’t move and open. Eventually opened :)

The breakfast was lovely, freshly cooked and a variety of toast and cereals as well as the hot food menu to choose from. Coffee, tea and juice included. Rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful comfy beds.

This was a stopover on a long trip home and I was arriving at dinner time. There was a restaurant on site, mostly Asian type food, which was perfect as I just happened to be in the mood for Mongolian beef with hokkein noodles. I checked in then ordered the meal straight away while at reception. It was ready for me by the time I got back just after having settled into my room. The food was delicious and well priced at $20, eaten in the dining room, so no mess in my room. The manager was very friendly and helpful. There was a good sized tv in the room, bed was comfortable, shower had good pressure. A hot breakfast from a limited but adequate menu was also included - I had bacon, fried eggs and toast. Cereals, juice etc were also available. All in all, great value for money and suited my needs as a stopover for a long drive home.

Fridge/freezer struggled to chill anything. Pool area needs a little work. No daily housekeeping as advertised- not sure if they just skipped us....

The rooms were modern, spacious & comfortable. Great shower pressure. Aircon worked well. Great location. Easy parking at door. Nice & quiet. Included hot breakfast exceeded expectations.
