the pillows were awful, they were massive and both my husband and I got sore necks. the rooms were too small to stay in during the day, but were fine to sleep at night

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very helpful. Food at the restaurant was fantastic and staff there were great also. Lots of good facilities.

The rooms are a little dated, but were excellent value for money. Accommodation was mostly very quiet, but noise from surrounding apartments was noticeable during the early evening and early morning. No view from the one bedroom apartment.

We had recently stayed in a one bedroom garden villa and on this occasion selected a one bedroom apartment which was slightly larger and had a separate shower. Rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. The villas are situated in a lovely setting and about a ten minute drive from Launceston, but close to the Casino. We used the pool.

Though the complex was beautifully landscaped in some areas, the area where the Villa was located was quite dull with no landscaping. The only plus, was the deck looked out on the golf course. Unfortunately, there was large group of young men staying in the villas opposite who were drinking heavily and quite noisy. We advised the staff and spoke to the boys when we were going out, thankfully they had quietened down by the time we came back. Though it was advertised as having a full kitchen, there were few cooking utensils. One sensed, there was an expectation that you would eat at the various food options on offer.

The apartment was very spacious and the beds comfortable. The staff, including housekeeping staff were most helpful.

Soft beds make for an unsettled Nights sleep and the traffic noise of trucks on the freeway overnight was moderately disruptive.

We loved the tranquil rural feel Sitting out the back overlooks the golf course with native birds flourishing in the gum trees. We also appreciated being able to order dinner easily. Thank you!

It’s very dated and old looking. Facilities need updating and baths over showers need to go! The food down bed was fine but the mattress didn’t fit on the bed properly and one side was folded up! Toilet was really noisy. The bathrooms need updating and carpets.

Although I booked a single room, I received a message from the hotel to confirm my requirement for two rooms which may have come through from Booking.com. Not the hotel's fault. But it resulted in my upgrade so - happy!

I was upgraded to a three-bedroom unit which was very comfortable and highly recommended for families. The staff recognised and sorted outa mistake with my booking and rang me to clarify my requirements before arrival. Well done! There is a restaurant and pizza place on site and a courtesy bus for travel between the Villas and the Country Club.

The wifi signal is a little bit weak. My room is located in the second floor and only stairs though. The reception is opened until 8:00 pm and you need to check in before the time otherwise you would check-in in the main building.

The room is large and comfortable. It has kitchen and all the tableware in the room. If you have more time there is a swimming pool.

The Bolters Grill restaurant was very disappointing (the food didn't meet our expectations, and the staff weren't particularly helpful) - we will be going elsewhere in future.

We stayed at the Country Club Villas with two children. It was a great family getaway—it had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool and tennis court. The lady at reception was lovely, welcoming and very informative. Great hospitality!

Heat pump on A/C was a little tired and it took a while trying to cool down our unit. Some of the doors had daylight gaps.

Rooms, Beds and Bathroom were nice, clean, spacious and well catered. The restaurant was pleasant and with some of the best food around Launceston.

The location was great and the golf course off the balcony was very nice. Also enjoyed the gym, pool and hot tub.

Winter doona on bed during summer months. Loose handles on most taps.

Spacious and clean. Good size fridge. Plenty of storage space. Good parking arrangements. Staff helpful and friendly. Adequate and good quality cutlery and crockery.

Great spot to stay in Launceston. A little bit out of the city but access is good. Facilities are great with indoor pool, spa and gym. Villas are comfortable, clean and spacious. The bistro and Pizzeria is also a nice place for a meal. We have stayed here twice before and enjoyed each stay.

Chose this hotel to stay before taking my flight from Launceston airport. There is a casino hotel nearby for restaurant and entertainment.
