Beautiful location tucked away in a quiet area. Staff were friendly and helpful and we had everything we needed for our stay. We were able to visit lots of nearby places and enjoyed coming back to warm up in front of the heater on the colder autumn nights. We look forward to returning for another stay.

The bathroom is terrible. Very cramped unfortunately, so even just having one person in there makes it an awkward and difficult experience. The shower doesn't provide much water flow and so having a shower is doable, but unless you're someone who like me, needs a shower to wake up in the morning and hates going even just a day without one, it's not worth it. You're better off showering somewhere else, wherever that may be, home, a friend's place, etc. Equalising water temperature is a challenge. You can either have it be scolding hot or freezing cold, it doesn't leave much room to have a nice warm shower. The knobs are really stubborn and hard to adjust, almost like they're rusted.

The hotel's location is beautiful! Very scenic and pleasing to the eye. The sound of birds chirping and the trees surrounding the grounds make it a very romantic location for a couple's get away. The bed was very comfortable and having the AC/heating unit be so close to the bed is wonderful.

We requested 2 X single beds but the room allocated was set up with a double bed. Also, the main room light wasn't working. However, reception staff were responsive and both issues were corrected relatively swiftly. The facility is located away from shops and services - a vehicle is required.

The facility is designed for conferences and retreats but is able to accommodate private stays. It is set within tranquil gardens deep within the forests of the Dandenongs. It was quiet and clean with resort like facilities - swimming pool, tennis courts etc.

Only one chair in room. More power points would have been helpful. Bar fridge & some basic snacks were missing. Venue was difficult to find.

It was in a quiet place and I enjoyed it. Tennis and walking kept us busy.

Bed was not overly comfortable (hard) and walls are thin and we unfortunately had very noisy guests next door that kept us awake. No cooked breakfast (continental was available) and no dinner available, but a wonderful cafe minutes away (Destiny Point Cafe) and plenty restaurants for dinner nearby.

Wish the dining/kitchen was opened; Needs to be an accessible place for people with mobility issues and/ or on wheelchair and walkers. And for older people.

Location was perfect for coming and going as support crew for OXFAM trailwalker. Surroundings and gardens were lovely. There were good spaces for a group to gather.

The location was beautiful. The area is very scenic and relaxing. The staff are very accommodating. Their breakfast buffet is also very good; consisting of hot and cold food.

The driveway needed attention as our sedan had trouble navigating a few sections of it, however, I believe this was due to recent t downfalls in the area, not lack of maintenance.

The tranquility of nature, the size of the property and the tea and coffee facilities. It was very clean, tidy and well presented, value for money accommodation.
