Lovely unit, bright and airy. The large comfy couch was appreciated. Kitchen very well equipped. Lovely views of orchard and kangaroos. Large towels I could wrap around myself much appreciated. I hate getting those horrible little things most accommodation provides.

A little bit tricky to enter the premises with the car.

Everything was available in the spotless room . Milk in the fridge for coffee. Had forgotten to buy some. And a nespresso machine with pods was the highlight as far as amenities are concerned. Upon arriving seeing the kangaroos lazing away just metres in front of you is just beautiful!!!Waking up and seeing them even more special. Pamela who runs the cottage was available and easy to contact by phone. All questions asked. Very helpful. Strongly recommend.

The place is quiet and private. Very nice view. Enjoy the companies with kangaroos and birds. The special moment for me was the nice and quiet evening with all the stars in the sky. I haven't seen that many stars for a while.

Everything was perfect.

We had an absolutely delightful two nights in this tranquil retreat. We watched kangaroos and kookaburras, kept company by the resident fairy wren, while having coffee or wine in the garden. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. With my husband recovering from knee surgery, we contacted Pamela and Robert beforehand about accessibility, and they were so helpful and clear in describing the layout. The place was ideal for us. Can't recommend this highly enough for helpfulness, comfort, and, most of all, the peaceful and beautiful setting.

We enjoyed its tranquil location. A great view across a olive grove. Kangaroos at our door step and fantastic birdsong from the various birds in the neighborhood. We enjoyed the place very much, our intention was to have all meals out, however we resolved to have them but one at the property due to its tranquility and fantastic location. Very peaceful and clean property. We recommend it to anyone.

No electric blanket on bed due to fire safety, but I feel bedroom overnight heating could have been provided eg panel heater, just to take the early morning chill off. The nights were very cold, especially when one has to get up overnight.

Kitchen facilities were excellent and of good quality. The unit was very clean. Block out curtains were great. Location was quiet and the outlook restful. Loved watching the kangaroos and joeys, and the abundance of birdlife. Having a proper carport close to the front door was a bonus. Easy access. Communication and Instructions from the hosts were excellent.

Beautiful quiet location still close to town, heaps of wildlife around - kangaroos every day! The studio looks to have been very recently renovated. Extremely clean, modern and tasteful decor, extremely tidy and stocked with everything we needed. Owners had fabulous communication and were kind enough to allow us to rebook following covid lockdown. Would highly recommend the Countryside Retreat without any resevations
