Some furniture was a little wobby and could use some attention eg. cupboard door handles etc. The cost was pricey at the time, I believe due to a popular event being in town, so likely wouldn't pay the same price again if I went there any other time.

Staff were friendly and lobby was nice, room was comfortable and fit for our needs - we were visiting for an event. The pool looked lovely. Was handy having a mini fridge available to store snacks and drinks. Fairly close walk to the nearest train station.

Spacious, clean, affordable rooms, near a park, 7 minutes walk from train/bus terminus. Rooms are made every day. Options for restaurants on delivery platforms within 25-30 minutes.

Rooms - particularly bathrooms - think 612 and 404 - were somewhat tired in way of fittings and furnishings. No wine glasses (4 x glass tumblers only). No spare blanket found, however pillows were adequate (4 in total) and of good quality. Towels and bedlinen good quality. Lack of room service for weekends.

Location Staff, particularly junior male receptionist on arrival afternoon, Filipino-Australian breakfast supervisors (Sarah?) and Kenny, also Filipino-Australian receptionist at checkout Monday, and lobby janitor same morning. All these staff treated us with respect, courtesy and kindness.

We booked a twin bed room but when we arrived it was one bed. (Shared with my adult daughter). Bathroom quite dated including having a shower curtain No undercover access from carpark to building (raining heavily on our arrival)

The restaurant was not open for dinner over the 2 nights we were there, however we easily made plans to eat elsewhere within Parramatta.

Very happy with our stay here, the location was great, the room was comfortable and clean, we took advantage of the buffet breakfast which was excellent with a great variety to choose from. The pool was clean and enjoyed by our daughter. We also used the undercover parking facility which was convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

there were a number of long black hairs on bathroom tiles and cupboards in the main wall though area in the room. the electronic key entry battery was flat, needed replacement to gain entry. the service person who fixed it was excellent and very friendly and efficient.

The second bed was put in a very awkward spot. The bed was put in the walkway leaving very little space to walk through, you could not get bag through.

Friendly staff, very helpful and attentive. We were able to check into our room earlier than anticipated. Close to train station - walking distance! Clean, well appointed and comfortable room. Buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of options available. Will definitely return. Thank-you
