The cabins are quite old and could definitely use some sprucing up. Only having one double power point in the bedroom was a bit limiting given that the mini fridge occupied one of them. Admittedly the location is a bit remote and prices should reflect this but I think the resort is looking and feels a bit tired and given this I feel it is a bit over-priced.

The location was excellent and the surroundings very pleasant. Loved all the wildlife in the grounds and great to see a crocodile cruising along the beach. Food and drinks available were very good and the staff were good. The view from the verandahs of the cabins overlooking the water was great.

Tired interior of accomodation

Absolutely fantastic place, thoroughly enjoyed the ambience and location. We stayed in the cabins which were excellent however very tired and nmreally need a makeover however this was not an issue for me as the location more than compensate for it.Definitely want to go back again one day

The room was booked as a seafront cabin. Room 13 is not a seafront cabin, which we were booked into. It’s carpark/ boat ramp front. Toilet wasn’t cleaned, room was barely cleaned. Pillows were too thin. Pool wasn’t overly clean. Breakfast coffee machine was broken. Unclear of where Nature walks are.

The views are great. Food was fine. Staff were helpful.

Maybe need a few more power points in the rooms. Near the beds would be most handy. I had a sleep machine which i didnt use as i couldn't find a power point close to the bed to use.

Location is superb. Staff are very friendly. Restaurant was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the Malaysian barramundi , the fish taccos, and the prawn and mango salad. Awesome meals.

We didn't dislike anything!

We had a fantastic stay at Crab Claw Island! We had a group of 11 friends across two of the large family cabins. The rooms were well air conditioned, clean, quiet and had comfortable beds! It was useful having the fridge and the under cover area. We used the pool a lot and the food at the pub is fantastic. the setting is incredible - if you're after a relaxing weekend away, this is the place to go!

It is truly in need of a makeover, parts of the wooden walkways are rotting away and felt very unsafe. The cabins could not be more basic.

Not much to do unless you bought your own Fishing Rods. The pool was ok but in the shade & too cold at this time of the year. cabins are dated. No Tv.

there is not much room for 4 people in the room (although you won’t spend much time inside at this lovely place) and don’t expect a lot you can do (we loved doing nothing except watching birds and other guests fishing)

the location is FANTASTIC. we loved the sunset, sunrise, the birds and other animals at the beach. the food at the restaurant was great and the staff very friendly.
