No signage outside the chalets to tell you its name. No food in the town (though that was well explained beforehand). I bought some food with me and ate at Cradle Mt before returning back to Moina. TV didn't work. There is no internet (but again, well explained beforehand) - do your internet at the Cradle Mt Visitors Centre area.

Close to Cradle Mt. OK price in an expensive accom area. It is all self checkin which worked fine so met no staff at all. excellent sized room. Microwave and toaster was useful but a couple more utensils to cook with would have helped (like a microwave safe dish). Communications before the visit was very good. Room was clean and comfortable.

Because of the lack of local eating places, we could have done with a stove and better cooking utensils. Also, coat hangers, a sharp knife and better wash up stuff would be helpful. The bed was not as good as usual, especially for the price of the accommodation, and Wi Fi would have been really helpful…

The location was excellent for local National Parks.

I found two spiders in the room, it is ok, it is Tasmania and a wild area. But I was bite by some pests at night, at the first it is my right lower leg, it is itch and made me wake up. Then I fall in sleep again, three hours later, my left lower leg… I did not count all bumps, but roughly 30 at least. I would not share the photos to you guys. It may make someone uncomfortable. It is my manager booked this room, so, the name on this account is not the person who lived in this room that day.

The location is good, only about 25mins to Cradle Mountain. Bathrooms are provided, and the hot water is also great. The heater can provide a good day especially on a rain day. A cleaning staff let us check in about two hours earlier then the time on the form.

We couldn't find any accommodation signage, so even with directions, we had difficulty finding the correct location. GPS took us further down the road. Walls are very thin, and you can hear the adjoining occupants and their TV very clearly. Our TV wouldn't work, so had to get maintenance to fix it. 3 blown lights left only 1 dull light working, which we reported. The garden was overgrown with small branches on the pathway.

Our cabin was lovely, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff communicated well and were friendly.

The gardens need alot of maintance. Lawn hasn’t been mowed for a long time. Gardens are very over grown. No outside lights work either. Tv is not easy to use and no instructions on how to use the tv.

The room was very dusty above the bed board, bedside tables and couch provided. Very minimal amount of dishwashing soap provided, not enough for a few days.

The room was aside from the dust was clean and orderly. Kitchen had a kettle, toaster, microwave and small fridge and sink. The room had decent space and lighting. There is a cafe right next door if you need supplies or lunch. Directions to arrive to property were very clear and thorough. Tv was working and had multiple channels.

There was no toilet paper provided. Fortunately we had a couple of rolls in the car. The property needs a larger sign and the instructions provided need to be simplified to say the location is by the T intersection of roads X and Y!

Comfortable bed and very spacious. Bathroom was very nice with a bathtub if you wanted to soak in it after a day of hiking!

The cabins were good and as there were 8 of us being all together was a bonus.
