The WiFi set up was complicated… and then didn’t work. No staff on site to ask , and only a Tech outfit number to call (within working hours !) Not good enough. Other than that it would be 10/10. When travelling you need WiFi to be looking for restaurants, next location distances, accommodation searches etc. Using 4/5G is not always possible or cost effective for foreign visitors. Other local establishments seem to offer straightforward access

It was a well laid out little cabin with everything you needed provided …. except efficient WiFi

Absolutely fabulous place, had everything we needed to stay with 3 small children. A fire place in the middle of cold and rainy Summer was just what made our stay memorable despite of the weather being not quite what we were hoping for. Would go back and stay again.

It's cosy for three and the top bunk gets hot as hot air rises so it can be a little tricky to get the heating right. The paths to our cabin and our neighbour was a little confusing as straight from our park goes to their cabin. One additional sign would help despite the large name signs on the top of the cabins when exhausted coming back from a hike. A phone charging outlet close to the beds or couch would be great.

The location is great directly across the visitor centre, the setting is beautiful and secluded in the bush with good distance between cabins, the staff was friendly, there was good communication and check in and check out were easy. The cabin has everything you need. The gas heater works great. You might also be lucky enough to see the resident wombat and her baby.

Impersonal. Arrived at 6pm but reception closed. No one to welcome us or suggest what options were available. Keys on front door. Communication purely electronic. Feel sorry for future generations. No breakfast - booking.com said there was one.

Excellent location. Excellent cabin. Plenty of very hot water.

Our cabin was very cosy, well appointed, great kitchen, comfortable bed, big bathroom and a very welcomed wood stove. They provided plenty of wood and helpful instructions on building a fire on the second night (one was already prepared for us when we checked in). The staff were super friendly and helpful. The property is located across the road from the visitor centre where you catch the bus to do the walks, so all we had to do was cross the road! They have a good variety of wines on sale too. A guest laundry was a welcome surprise and very much needed. Stay here, you’ll love it.

Nil really. There were a few minor maintenance items which they were grateful to be notified about.

The self contained cabin had all that was needed for a comfortable few nights stay, as long as you brought your own food and drink supplies. However, they did have the basic needs in the kitchen and a packet of “relaxing bath crystals” was a great bonus. Fire place was easy to operate and the spa was great to have after a long day walking around the national park. Great location as it’s only a 3 minute walk to the shuttle bus service in the park across the road. You didn’t need to take your car anywhere.
