Our apartment was not very clean. There was hair all over the floors (we have a crawling bub so he ended up covered in it) and also hair in the bed and shower. It also would have been nice to have more towels and toilet paper in the apartment.

Location super close to the beach, Self contained appartments and pool facilities.

Other people travelling with us had a dirty nappy in their balcony on arrival and pubic hair in the shower. They were very disappointed in their cleanliness of their room

Only a top sheet on the bed, would have liked a thicker quilt or blanket. Water pressure in bath not great.

Great location. Able to store bags in the luggage store. Very spacious self contained apartment with everything you need.

I felt our room could have been cleaner. There wasn't enough parking spots in the undercover parking. Many of the spots marked Manta had bollards in front of them.

The location was fantastic, the kids really enjoyed the pools. The view was spectacular. Our room had everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The appartment was not clean and the balcony was filthy...stopped us enjoying sitting on it...who wants to sit with cigarette butts on your balcony and bird poo everywhere

Kitchen and bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner and main bed was very hard.

Junior pool with slide was great and indoor pool and both spas were lovely temperature. Kiosk was also great. Room well equipped for our 10 day family stay.

great pool facilities the Thai restaurant was excellent, the pool kiosk was adequate could have stayed open a bit longer location to beach etc and tram was great

The steam room out of order, no working buffet breakfast onsite (there was a huge space assuming for entertaining food) that is not being used and is dead (and dirty space), the huge lagoon pool was sooooo cold (understandably out of season to use), there was a weird smell on our floor, one of the elevators is all boarded up

Loved the pools (that were heated), loved the spaciousness of the room, upgraded for the views (sea view) and was worth every cent, loved location

We had to ask for stock for the room, ie tea. The breakfast option was in a different hotel location.

The pool and kids play area were great. The kids loved the little beach in the pool area. The view was great. The apartment was huge compared to other similar apartments. Plenty of space for the kids to play. Bonus points for the dishwasher and washing machine as they came in very handy.

- The property needs a lot of maintenance and a bit of TLC. - Paint peeling off doors and walls, dust on fans and behind beds - Only one car space available for a 3 bedroom apartment is a bit annoying. - we were 23 levels up and felt like we were at street level, every noise you can hear at ground level can be heard up there and echoes. No soundproofing.

- Centrally located - The kids loved the pool (& so did the adults). Outdoor pool is absolutely freezing but kids outdoor was heated and the indoor pool and spa were nice and warm. The slides were also fantastic. - the apartment had 3 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms which was great and suited our needs. - Having the kitchen was also great as we were able to organise a few meals a the hotel instead of eating out for every meal. - This restaurant downstairs is nice - nice view of the beach and hinterland - good blockout curtains to sleep

The apartment was a little dated. The utensils were minimal. Whilst the apartment was surface clean, I feel like the tiled floor areas need a good scrub.

The location was fantastic. Walking distance to Surfers main area.

Dated and unclean room No room service Unhelpful staff No restaurant on site- Tuesdays there are no bfast/lunch options at all!!! No information from staff given at all. Evacuation procedure needs updating! No atmosphere

We booked a three bedroom apartment which was really spacious for two adults and five kids. The full kitchen and laundry really made our stay easier. The apartment while a little dated was still very clean and had everything we needed. The views from our floor also great. The pool facilities were great, clean and vast, the kids had a ball. The location to everything meant we could walk everywhere which was nice.

Dated kitchen, and bathrooms. It's a lot of money to pay for something not kept up to date... Room not very clean, kitchen still felt sticky, with food left in the plug hole and the sink needs a good scrub with Jiff or Gumption!

Bed was very comfy, the location was amazing! Gardens and outside was kept immaculate!!!
