The wait to get in for breakfast was very long. Standing in line for twenty to thirty minutes is not an acceptable amount of time.

The fact they you have to pay full price of accommodation in case you have to do late check-out. My flight was booked to 8:15pm I had do check-out at 11am. I have asked to do late check in and pay at least 50% for a day use but the hotel doesn’t have that service. I had to pay full amount for deluxe king too And used only from 2:00 until 6:00pm

Room could have used some attention. Folding control system on bedside table didn't close and was starting to look tired. Shower door handle was loose Champaign was a lovely gift but maybe not for a Babymoon. Staff quickly realized gave us some nectarines. Didn't impact our stay but for the price its good feedback

The cleaning staffs were not well trained as I found out a piece of long hair and obvious stain on the sofa ,the shower head was off and the whole shower tube was on the floor, the telephone was full of dust in Room 1616 . The telephone was so inconvenient that I tried to call the front desk and had to wait for 10 minutes for a staff answer. The front desk later changed Room 1706 for me and gave $80 credit to spend in the hotel as our lunch was delayed for almost 1 hour.But only one key could open Room 1706 and I had to go back to the front desk again for another room key.The water valves were slippery when hands were wet. They were not practical.

We spent 2 nights as a mini break. The room with view was fantastic, beds super comfortable. Pool and spa so luxurious with view to die for . The breakfast was amazing , we had a table overlooking the harbour and bridge. The service was wonderful nothing to much trouble Will definitely be back

First attendant at reception was not very helpful. 2nd guy was extremely helpful and upgraded us to opera room due to the car park discrepancy and late room notification. No sunlight at pool until 1.00pm Restaurants charging additional surcharge for Sunday . We were not allowed to show our parents who came as guests for lunch the facilities around the pool area Very expensive come weekends when there is a plenty vacancy

Unfortunately they fell short in the small details - we came here as a trip for our honeymoon and we put this in our special requests but weren’t left anything. My partner requested a copy of the newspaper and we weren’t given it. I’m pretty certain our room was upgraded? Which was an amazing surprise but they didn’t even let us know! Every hotel we’ve been to for a special occasion has risen to the occasion by providing a bottle champagne, or even just a nice note to say congratulations etc… so we were a little confused! Overall, I would stay here again, but would’ve loved to give this review a 10/10.

Absolutely insane facilities! The highlight of our trip was sipping on wine by the pool, and visiting the beautiful day spa. Our room was absolutely stunning. And I’m pretty sure our room was upgraded to a suite? Which was a phenomenal surprise!!

I’m in LOVE with the Crown Towers! One of my favorite hotels when in Sydney. The hotel is beautiful, the service is excellent, the selection of restaurants is amazing and the fact it’s a 7-10 minute walk to the CBD area is perfect! We stayed here for a night due to an emergency, and although the price was higher than most for just 1 night, my expectations were exceeded. They gave us a complimentary upgrade and our room was just beautiful! The bathroom was huge, the bed was huge and our view was of the Opera House and Darling Harbor bridge. Our accommodation came with complimentary breakfast at the buffet and I loved it! There was so much to choose from and they had a wide selection of asian cuisine available. I have no plans to visit Sydney just yet, but I already have plans to 100% book here again when I’m back!

System was down which prolonged our check in . Breakfast buffet had a few little hiccups . Omelette orders were continually being brought to the wrong tables. On the first morning the coffee took forever to come and we needed to prompt several staff as to when they’d be made. Next morning we thought we’d order the coffees early due to it taking so long the previous morning and they came straight away when we weren’t ready for them . Which was a little annoying, but I guess that’s not the fault of staff. Only small issues though

Upgraded to a suite which was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the harbour . Fantastic facilities in the room , could not find a fault.

Some staff are rude. Especially at the restaurant. One server came to me delivering piccolo. I said I didn't order picollo, she glared at me and sighed. She left with grumpy face and not even said sorry when she found out that the piccolo was in fact for other table. Rude. The other one stepped on my sandals two times when she was walking behind me. She didn't even say sorry. So rude.
