Location, free parking, very clean, beautiful mini toiletries. Pool was lovely, heaps of restaurants and bars to choose from.

I was disappointed with the out door area near the pool . I thought it could be made nicer and more comfortable quite easily

Inconsistent on room amenities, one night there was bottle water and amenities such as toothbrush was replaced but then the next it wasn’t. Which is annoying since we brought toothbrushes with us, however we forgot the tooth paste so this item not being replaced meant we didn’t have toothpaste and had to find somewhere to purchase. Same situation with the bottled water. Wasn’t replaced so we when back out to purchase some. Also there was no chair for sitting at the desk, which meant we had to sit on the bed not at the desk when working on the laptop.

Loved the bed, extremely comfortable and the room size was perfect, sufficient space for suitcase and to still walk around. Also the view and the room amenities were great too.

We only got chocolates 2 nights out of the 3 nights that we stayed The air conditioner made a ticking noise which kept waking me up

We paid more than we usually do to when we stay away but I can understand the value considering the upkeep of the hotel.

The size of the room including a walk in wardrobe, beautiful big bathroom, window seat, closeness to the city and exhibition centre and of course casino downstairs (if you like that sort of thing). A nice touch were the slippers and chocolates on our bed every night.

Post check in, card didnt work, had to go back to reception and line up again. Card still didnt work and a new one had to be created. Staff member was amazing so no issue there. Just frustrating.. Also, coffee machine in room was temperamental.

A little too noisy at night partly due to the Crown flares and Chinese new year celebrations.

We asked to get a late check out until 12 noon and this was granted when we checked in. However, on the check out day we had been swimming in the pool until 11:30am and when we went to go back to our room, the key card wouldn't work anymore. We went to the front desk in our bathers and robes and the service agent wanted ID, however, because we'd been at the pool we didn't have any. We explained to her that we'd been granted a late check out but she said this hadn't been put into our booking, eventually she took my name, address and email and let us up to our room to collect our belongings and check out, however, we felt fairly unhappy that this happened in the first place and embarrassed being in our robes in the lobby.

Bed was extremely comfy, loved our view and the room was perfect!

Nothing about the room comes to mind. The information tablet wouldn’t let you book somewhere to eat.

Location is fabulous. Close to 2 tram stops. The room was clean and our view was amazing! I love the window seat. The staff were nice and friendly. They had a turndown service which was lovely. We could leave our bags when we checked out- meant we didn’t have to drag our suitcases around the city. Having all information on a tablet was super easy to use! Much better than a book of pamphlets.

Absolutely loved our stay! My boyfriend and I stayed for his 35th birthday and we were lucky enough to be greeted with a bottle of sparkling to celebrate! This was our view from level 27. Can't wait to book another stay.
