We had to pay $20 for parking upon arrival, which we thought was included in the price of the room. The shower was extremely noisy, I think they had a problem with their pipes. The bed sheets had been started and bleached many times so it was a bit like sleeping in paper sheets.

The spa bath was a bonus. The layout off the room was good with a stone topped bar table in the middle, which served as a bit of a coffee table. The bed was massive, which was great.

When we were checking out we had a dilemma obtaining a hire car . The staff were quite rude and mad jokes when we asked for them to watch our things because we couldn't carry everything to the bank and were not helpful with direction to a bank. They made assumption that we were homeless . And we actually travelled far and had our diy wedding. Which they didn't no but assumed we were lying. Otherwise lovely stay . Will not be staying again

The room could do with a touch up

The room we stayed in was slightly outdated and could do with a freshen up, but we enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and spacious and the bathroom included a spa bath which was a highlight for us!

It was a little dated and I had a very large cockroach in my room, maybe time to spray pest control I wanted a late check out and didn’t have a phone in my room to ring Reception that was annoying .

I didn't like how how the wall plugs were on the bottom of the side tables just made it uncomfortable to have to move the side table to charge my phone all the time . Also the style of the rooms was a little old and when you walk out at night it's very dark going to the hotel lift. Other then that my stay was only three days and I was going with my son so everything was just perfect with one family member its all we needed really not to cheap and not too expensive.

The beds were really comfortable, and the blankets were just right. I liked how the air-conditioning system were easy to use and the staff were really helpful in giving me anything extra that I needed like tooth brushes because their isnt none in the suite and extra towels food bowls if I needed customer service was really good also Was given a really high room level which had a awesome view. They have hair dryer mini fridge cofee and tea and kettle .

Location. Not quite Surfers but not Broadbeach either. In the middle IMO and will be a bonus for some. Not on the beach but close enough to walk.

TV remote did not seem to work, foxtell remote did but TV would not turn off with that. After having shower there was water on the bathroom floor from the shower even though the shower door was closed.

Comfortable room with good view of the Gold Coast and ocean. Large room with good facilities, comfortable bed, sofa and well equipped bathroom with spa bath. It was very quiet with very little noise from other rooms or outside (when balcony doors closed). Foxtell on TV was good also. Staff members doing check in and check out were lovely especially the one for check in.

It was a pretty good hotel, but the only issue was that the ocean view was blocked by other hotels. Thats not the hotel's fault.

The room was amazing, with a bathtub and shower in the room itself. The washroom and bathroom were separate which made things easier. And it had a massive cabinet for clothes and suitcases.

The rooms are outdated and need a refresh. The curtains had dirty marks on them. Too much mismatched furniture.

The bed! It was so comfortable we wanted to strap it to our car and take it home. The room was so spacious with great views.

Mould around the vents in the lobby, slowly starting to get mould in the rooms, no good for people with asthma or other breathing issues. Pools close at 9.

Need better Coffee and a little update on furniture, room had a bit of a stale smell but I sprayed it with perfume and was fine, was a good night

Not the most fancy place but clean and comfortable, great for our spontaneous night away would stay again, they do need better coffee in the rooms but water pressure was amazing and the bed was nice an squishy not hard, pool and spa was great, spa in the room again amazing would have been nice just a bit bigger but was still great, staff were really nice and friendly love how its in the middle of surfers and broadbeach, had a great night

The design of the room, if you came back late, you were not able to go inside through the main door and you had to go to the back of hotel which wasn't mentioned at check in, requestesd a room at higher floor amd were only given 4th floor, the room itself a little bit smelly and outdated, no plug for phone charger near the bed
